Visited Natalie at Optimal Hearing systems in HHI and she is very focused on helping people. My mother-in-law is deaf in one ear and only has 60% of hearing in the other. She recommended new hearing aids and she has literally given some enjoyment back to her life! She uses a microphone and a TV apparatus along with new aids and has enlightened her life! She took all the time I needed to understand my choices and help me with my decision on the level of technology I needed based on my lifestyle.She even worked me in on December 31st before my year-end benefits expired.
