Painted exterior throughout college, and have always loved Sherwin Williams for the service and knowledge they possess. Went their for my own person project for which I needed advice and have to say it’s my last time going to this location. Was helped by a newer employee who was very nice but was steered in the wrong direction from the get go. The manager never intervened or helped the trainee during the process and I’m $500 in and 5 hours of waiting for a project that should have been $200. The whole time it was like i was invisible by the manager, but in her defense they looked drastically understaffed. This is store issue not an individual staff issue. No one stopped to ask the right questions and i had to bring in my own paint expert, and random people were trying to help me figure it out. During checkout my designer was questioned about her commercial account by Francisco, he stated that he didn’t believe she had a commercial account. This is not the level of service you expect or pay for at sherwin. The previous owner/manager was fantastic so this is a new issue. I’m driving to the south end from now on.

Convenient place and newer store. Hidden like most place on the island but it is really there. Well done

Manager refused help me find more paint which he did not have in the store, but Manager from store on Rt 278 was excellent, very helpful and polite.

Visited store this morning with multiple customers in and out. But 3 of 4 employees working with no mask. They were walking in customer area with no mask.Would recommend not visiting store until employees comply with corporate COVID policy.

I went to home Depot with no advice from anyone, if you could even find someone. Went to Sherwin Williams and Megan listened and saw what I was trying to match, she advised me in a totally different color and she was right. So happy with my experience their.

Always helpful staff. This store offers in-home color consultation....simply great. Liz Tate came to my home and recommended paint colors to me that are perfect. I had been stumped for two years! I highly recommend her to you...she offers expert advice.

The team that works at my local store is great. Always remember me and were able to find my paint under my contractors name. Phew!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and some of them have surprising tips and tricks to doing things that make the job easier. Definitely a good branch to visit
