Best customer service of any business on the island. Barb and Deb are most kind, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for printing, packaging, shipping etc.Thank you ladies!
Had a return lined up through UPS, was told to bring it to any ups store and they would print label and ship for me, this store wanted me to rent a computer to print out my label rather than print it for me. Went to ups store on the other side of the island and they printed label and shipped for me with no issue.
I’ve never encountered a ruder and unhelpful person like this at ANY retail establishment. She used obscenities and berated both me a senior citizen because she didn’t like the Amazon return policy.
I ship a lot of packages from here and they are always extremely professional and they have a notary! Ive needed that service as well and they have always been great to deal with. People that seem to be complaining, are people that seem to complain in every one of their reviews. In my opinion this is one of the best UPS stores Ive been to, and Ive been to quite a few. Best service in the area. I last used it to mail back packages from Amazon. Could not be easier! I have used them to package and send Christmas gifts across the country. So easy. Also great if you need anything notarized. The most pleasant and dependable staff ever.

Just awesome. This place has the best customer service on the island. The help you with any problem. If you do not have a box or tape they have the box and even tape it up for you. Great great great. Nice and refreshing these days were we are charged more and get less even with customer service, but this place goes above and beyond and makes the United States post office look even worse then they are.
I frequently use this UPS location for Amazon returns and other shipments. My interaction with the staff has always been efficient and pleasant and just wanted to say thanks.

Have used their services more than a dozen times now, for printing, shipping, and notary public tasks. The two ladies I interacted with were always competent, friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Shipped out a very expensive item from here, purchasing insurance on it of course. Got to my recipient damaged. Upon starting the claim process, never heard a word from the store. Even after they received my item back to them, never heard a work. Claim was denied AND disputed..still I heard nothing. So I guess they were just planning on never letting me know and keeping my item? Absolutely terrible. I would NOT recommend them or any other UPS for that matter.
ABSOLUTELY the WORST customer service experience EVER!! You cannot trust them with your mail!!!!! I have had a mailbox with them for many years... Going back to previous owners. I moved out of town and was assured that I everything would be ok keeping my mailbox open there. I paid my invoice the day before I left town and was told it was good until February. And whenever I needed to, I could call in an have my mail transferred. I called the other day only to find out that my mailbox EXPIRED the DAY AFTER I MOVED for NON-PAYMENT!!! When I asked why I wasnt notified, they said they sent me several emails. I asked what the email was and it was NOT MY EMAIL ADDRESS... Not even CLOSE! Jennifer said We didnt pull that email address out of thin air (Customer service RUDENESS #1....of many). She argued with me that I didnt make a payment in NINE MONTHS?? even though I told her verbatim what the conversation was with the woman the day before I moved and then she proceeded to hang up on me in the middle of the call. When I called back she told me to find another location for my services (as if I needed that suggestion...???) I wouldnt do business with them again for ANYTHING... I just want my money back for the payment they took before I moved...which she refused to even discuss with me. This place is TERRIBLY overpriced for EVERYTHING... They even charge you $5 computer time to log into the computer and put your USB port into the computer to print off a sheet of paper!!! RIP OFF...MONEY HUNGRY & GREEDY!!! Customer service from the staff was always nice which is the only reason I stayed there, but MANAGEMENT/OWNERS are RUDE and EXTREMELY cold-hearted. No wonder they lost their other store... Its only time until they lose this one too!!! This is NOT a way to do business and maintain good customer relationships. The other UPS Store owners are FABULOUS!!! John & Janet George... They own the one in Bluffton and they NOW OWN the one on the south end of the island since these lousy owners couldnt make it successful there (NO WONDER!). I suggest you take your business to the other owners who are VERY customer service oriented, and VERY honest. They will not cheat you out of ANYTHING and they will give you the benefit of the doubt... they wont spit on you like you are garbage like Jennifer did to me. Shame on you!!! Your corporate office should be ashamed that you represent their brand name like that!
So rude! Wow. Just called to ask for price for printing from an emailed file and Matt was so snarky and attitudinal. The tone in his voice for every answer just reeked of contempt. Ill go elsewhere.
