First I have to say that Micki who answers the phone has excellent telephone customer service skills! I had to call her twice, the second time being a need to reschedule and she was very accommodating. Ashley worked up the estimate for the damages on my car and I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and with her amazing customer service skills she was able to put my mind at ease about being nervous over my car issues. I would recommend them to everybody!

Came in after my car was dinged in Texas and I had to report back to work the next day. The staff was understanding about my scheduling conflicts and the quote was explained thoroughly and simple for anyone to understand. The cost was covered by the company that hit me and they were able to pay over the phone and remove a stress from me. I got the car back in only 2 weeks from the original time of one month. And when I got I was amazed at the craftsmanship that went into this. Even added a complete detail so that the new parts blended in with the whole cars paint. Would definitely recommend this place if youre in the Hinesville area or any of their other locations.

If your car has been in a wreck, this is the best place you could take your car. They are always keeping you up to date as to what is going on with your vehicle. We dropped our car of on Monday and picked it up Friday. They done excellent work and the whole staff is very friendly.

From the time I called Gerber and from the time I left they were amazing. I got in an accident and looked up the best body shops in Hinesville and they popped up. Mickey was amazing she called and checked in when my insurance was taking forever to get everything approved. She told me take my time and when I was ready, to bring it in. When I was finally able to bring my car Mickey was a rockstar. The rental car company was not able to give me a car for whatever reason and she made a call and within 10 minutes I had keys to a rental. Ashley was also amazing in the fact she was fun but also professional. She called me twice a week with word about how everything was going and within 2 weeks time I had my baby back. I went to this business to get an estimate for repairing some scuffs on my truck. Miss Mickey at the front desk was so warm and welcoming! Ashley and Matt took a look at the truck and decided the issue could probably be resolved by buffing. They took the truck to the back, buffed the scratches out of the paint, and brought it back around to the front. When I asked how much I owed them, they said it was no problem. This probably saved me a couple thousand dollars because I was expecting to have to replace the entire passenger door. I can’t praise this business enough and their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!!! I highly recommend Gerber Collision and if I need any work done on my vehicles in the future, they are #1 on my list.

I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass in Hinesville, GA. I was involved in an accident and took my car to another Collision Center in town. After not receiving an estimate for almost two weeks, I decided to take my car to Gerber. Ashley, the receptionist, was WONDERFUL from the moment I walked in. I explained my situation to her and she took over from there. She called my insurance company and did what she could to get the repairs to my car started. Although we still had to wait some weeks for the other collision center to release an estimate, Ashley did not give up! She called me often to let me know that she was working to get the job started. Once the paperwork finally got sorted out, Ashley handed me over to Matt, the estimator. Matt is AMAZING! We went over the damages on my car, talked about what I could expect as far as what needed to be done and an estimate on how long it would take. He continued to keep me informed just about every day or he called when he said he would. And they sent texts! Everything they do it above and beyond! They even finished the repairs sooner than expected. Micki, another receptionist is AWESOME as well! She had just start working for Gerber when I was finally able to take my car in. She has been so helpful, you wouldnt even know she just started! HUGE THANKS to the repair and detail team. You all ROCKED! My car looks like its new again!Thanks for all the hard work!

I had to get a new bumper on my Toyota Corolla after an accident. I saw the reviews for this place and decided to give them a try and I was shocked at how good their customer service is. They are extremely helpful and kind. Every person I had interaction with was extremely kind and professional. I cant recommend this place enough. They always let me know what was going on with my vehicle, they got done way faster than expected, and they even cleaned my car. This was a very good experience and if I ever need something else done with my vehicle they will be the first place I call.

My husband had a fender bender about 2 months ago. We took our car to Gerber. It took awhile to get my car back but they went above and beyond to fix my car, even when the insurance company was going to consider it a total loss. They pretty much replaced the whole front end of my car and did a partial painting which matched perfectly. They even let us know that there was a problem that wasnt covered on insurance, but they said they will fix it while they were in there and we just pay the difference. My car is running great and they even give a lifetime warranty on their work.

My 2021 Yukon decided to play with with a wayward bungee cord on I-95. Needless to say the drivers side rear quarter of the vehicle didnt fare to well. The bungee cord stuck in the tire and wreaked havoc on everything from the second door handle to the tail light. I chose Gerber to conduct the repairs and couldnt be happier. The customer service shown by Ashley and Matt was what most companies should strive for in their employees. I recieved two updates a week on how the repairs were going. Even with issues from the supplier sending the wrong taillight multiple times(my fault for having a 2021 model...lol), the vehicle was ready before their estimate said it would be. The vehicle looks like it just drove off the dealer lot, which is awesome due to the tidius paint job the vehicle came with. I recommend Gerber collision to anyone needing vehicle repairs.

Literally the best experience I could imagine having I was upset having wrecked my car, but the hospitality of these people just made things 100% better the calls every other day from Matt telling me every detail of what’s going on with my car I had a Dodge Challenger and man I messed it up it looks better than new now like even there paint department is amazing just great service this is literally what I call 5 Star service man like wow I was just amazed. And Ashley was great also only talked to her a few times she even let me come up there and get some things out of my car when I needed them nice and everything man just great service to go along with skills.

I believe they overpriced things. For example I hit a hog on the way to work busted a headlight bumper and the grill out all plastic pieces. They was quoting me four grand to get it fixed.

Whewww where do I start??!!! Gerber has been AWESOME!!!! I would like to point out Stormy as well for keeping me updated throughout the process and just being my angel in the midst of so so much darkness!! Today is Valentines and my gift from them is my 2019 GMC fixed as if she was back new again (well she is new) and I appreciate EVERYTHING they have done for me!! Lord knows I was so worried. Every other week they found a new issue but definitely handled it all well and my truck looks and drives just the way I bought it!!! I highly recommend them and I just want to say to the staff thank you so much I really appreciate you!!!

I highly recommend this body and collision repair shop..after being in a small collision I decided to use Gerber as my auto repair shop. I dropped my car off and was told my car would take almost 2 1/2 weeks for repair, just a few days later I received devastating news that a very close family member was in hospice giving just a few days to live. I had know idea how I would make the trip home to be by there side. I needed my car to be fixed ASAP do to not knowing how long I would be away. I called and spoke with Stormy and explained my untimely situation. She told me that she would do the best she could to help but was a little skeptical being such short notice and timeframe. Her exact words were “Mrs Harris I’m sorry for your lost but I really don’t think we can have the car ready any sooner but I will do my best”. Needless to say she called me the next day and told me that the whole team had pulled together and my car would be ready the following day in perfect timing. I would like to say THANKS TO THE WHOLE GERBER TEAM!!! I would recommend Gerber Collision to anyone, and a very special thanks to Stormy for having compassion in a time of need.

My car was damaged in an accident. Gerber is who I chose to work with USAA to get it repaired. The estimated time for repair was 2 weeks. It was completed in just 6 days. They did a perfect job and returned my car sparkling clean. They even took my car to the dealership for diagnostics to make sure nothing was damaged internally. So much care and dedication. Wait, theres more... the communication is impeccable. Katie was our representative and she gave us clear expectations and over delivered her promises. I received phone calls and texts. I knew where my car was physically at all times and how far along they were in the completion. Best experience ever. Thank you so much!

We had a lifetime warranty on the passenger front of our vehicle. Some of the work they did in 2015 is coming undone. They can out looked at it, and said oh you see this (what turned out to be dried sand) hairline scratch? You must have hit something and caused this word to faulter. Complete bs! I didnt hit anything! Washed my truck the hairline scratch gone. He put it in the system though so just screwed! So not happy! Wouldnt recommend! They are all about the money.

Gerber Collision in hinesville took my BMW back in even after a year or so had gone by to fix an issue I had after I had taken it to Savannah’s Gerber. The General Manager covered everything including new OEM parts and it was quality work and I was very happy with the results. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone!!

The actual work done on my car was fine HOWEVER, I feel they were more concerned with getting my car back to me on the original day quoted than they were checking the boxes to make sure everything was completed. I picked my car up only to find out a bolt in my door handle was left untightened, the hook connecting my key lock to the lock inside was left unhooked so I was unable to lock my doors, and the hose connected to my wear window washer fluid was left unhooked. When I contacted Gerber I was told they’d correct the issue and put me back in a rental but received a follow up call stating they didn’t touch the door involving my lock so they would not put me in a rental nor could they guarantee they’d fix the issue.I find it pretty impossible to fix the corner of my door that touched the front fender without removing my door. Had my car had this issue upon dropping it off I would have had to inform the shop not to lock my doors as I only have a key to unlock them not a key fob.Lucky for me my husband is a mechanic and was able to fix the issues where Gerber dropped the ball. I will not be taking my car there for them to look at nor will we be repairing my husbands truck there either.It’s the simple things.Next time keep the car an extra day and check all the boxes in your work.
