I was not happy at all about the fact that my A/C unit was damaged during my repair.When I bought the vehicle in with its issues the A/C unit was not one of them. Why would I have $5000 in work done and not have my a/c unit fixed also.Granted Jason, in service department did waive labor cost, & we came to a deal on the part needed but I still was not happy about having to pay for it because it was not an issue till I picked the car up. The a/c had to be damaged during the repair.Jason was also kind enough to offer me a loaner and I asked for my car to be washed and he agreed.THEIR RESPONSE..Thank you for the information, The management team has met and discussed your vehicle repair and inspected the old parts. The parts show heat damage from long term use and would not be caused from the other repairs. Sadly it was just very bad timing for the part to fail. It sounds like Jason did everything within his power to make up for the situation. We truly thank you for your business.No issues with the A/C until AFTER the work was done. How could the part fail when vehicle not in use. The so called failure happened while vehicle was in possession of JC Lewis. Dropped the car off, a/c working. Pick car up, a/c not working. Its just that simple.UPDATEIve had the car back for about 20 days now. Drove to airport to pick up my father on 9/15/21and service engine light has come back on.9/29/21Took car back in for service engine light on 9/23/21 picked car up on 9/24/21 received refund for the difference of new part needed to fix light issue from A/C fan i was charged for. Car running great. Went to Savannah on 9/27/21 service engine light back on. Its 9/29/21 and car is back in shop being worked on. $5000 in and light still on but i must say that they are trying to get it fixed and customer service has been outstanding.

This young lady took us in hand and showed us the truck we were interested in and when that would work for us she show one that was similar. we decided to purchase that truck.
