Have always been a big supporter of small town businesses. Thomas Hill Jewelers did not disappoint. As soon as I walked in I was treated like a close friend and felt right at home. Came in to get two watch batteries repaired and was pleasantly surprised by the speed (1day) in which they had them ready for me the next day. Would recommend these folks to anyone!

My wife and I stopped by to see if they could fix a couple of pieces of jewelry for us. First, the customer service is excellent. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. Second, our jewelry came back better than it was dropped off. The pieces are prefect and more beautiful than expected. Looking at some of the pieces on display, I was impressed with the prices. They have gorgeous pieces and everything no matter what your budget. I will only use Thomas Hill for our repairs as well as future purchases. They can fix anything and custom make any piece you want. We are going back for simple battery replacement as well as new jewelry.

Took a watch (with high sentimental value) in to have the battery replaced. I was warmly greeted by the entire staff and helped immediately. The turn around was very quick (one day) and they went out of their way to set it to the correct time and date. Could not be happier with the service.

I have used Thomas Hill Jewelers several times for repairs and ring sizing. I have never had any complaints about the work they’ve done for me. The staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly and the pricing is fair. The pieces I’ve brought in always look better when I pick them up than when I dropped them off because they polish and clean them up so well. A+ in my book.

I would like to say that customer service was great upon entry all the way until I left. I needed my wedding rings re-sized and usually it takes up to 2 weeks to be completed. However, not even 2 full days passed and my rings were ready and fit like a glove. I am very pleased with the overall experience, quality of work and dedication to please customers from this shop. Every single time my husband and I came in, the staff was wonderful! Listened to what we were looking for and did not pressure us into buying anything unlike most jewelry stores. I had not been there in a long time, about a year and a half, I was warmly greeted by name at the door. I needed to get a couple of watch bands adjusted and did not need to buy anything. This was completed immediately, with no charge. With all the beautiful items in the store, I did leave with some cute bracelets that were on a great sale. They have things at very reasonable prices, and specialize in very unique “ one of a kind” items. I need to visit more often.
