I wanted to thank Air Quality Heating & Air Conditioning LLC for the amazing work they have done for me! I am a Landlord and I had an issue with one of my properties. Karen from air quality was amazing! She kept me update about the timeline my tenet would expect the arrival of the service technician, and what to expect thru the whole process. Her communication is so efficient that it put my mind at ease. I was thrilled at the timely response to complete the entire whole process and most importantly my tenet was happy. Once the technician arrived, they were knowledgeable and prepared! The quality for the investigating that was used to pinpoint the problem was complete with regard to every detail. I have truly enjoyed my experience with them. I will CERTAINLY use there services again & again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Company was assigned through AHS. Poor repair and inspection quality. Did not get to root cause of issue as they only stayed 10 minutes to diagnose and blow on a tube. The furnace stopped working again as soon as they left.Would not recommend.

I called my home Warrenty place to schedule a maintenance check for my furnace since it was getting cold outside. They gave me the name of the company that will be coming out and said I can contact them myself or wait for them to call me to schedule my appointment. I decided to call them to schedule my appointment and the lady who answered was really nice and stated that she recommends I cancel my request through my Warrenty and just go directly through them because I will get more for my money. They wasn’t charging more then my deductible, it was the same price and they would do a more thorough inspection and cleaning of the furnace. So of course I agreed to that. I scheduled my appointment for Wednesday October 21st between 3-5 was the time they said. On that day I call them around noon to ask what time do they think they would be there. The lady who answered advised me they have a guy down right now and she just got back to work because of a death in the family. I said that’s fine because those things you can not control especially a death in the family. So we rescheduled for Today from 3-5 again. I rearranged my work schedule to make sure I was home by 3. They call me at 2:45pm and said somebody will be at my house in the next 45 minutes to a hour so I said okay that’s fine. 2 hours go by and I don’t hear anything from there so I call. The lady answers and says let me call and see where he is I think he had a problem at another job so after that I just canceled and said Nevermind. This is very unprofessional and I don’t recommend this business. I should of looked at the reviews myself before hiring them. They wasted my time and now it makes sense why they only have a 2.5 rating.

Look for another company. Disorganized, sloppy and inconsistent with statements. Many other great vendors to choose form. Just not these folks.Update (March 2020) Remodeled the kitchen and needed to move the gas line around. This required a change to the furnace gas line that this company had changed per regulations. No unions allowed anymore. When the gas line was being removed back to the furnace and into the furnace, we found that none of the pipes had been tightened. They were all only finger tight. Only the pipe dope was keeping all of us from being killed in an explosion. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use these unqualified people. Your life is worth not using them.Update April 2021. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!What total hacks. The day they installed the furnace the tech (really think that is an insult to all the great techs out there..) slapped the drain line fitting as hard as he could. It broke, of course, being plastic. They did come back and replace it after much complaining about how little money they were making. Fast forward to April of 21, I notice rust and water in the furnace. The replacement part was put in wrong and has been leaking and now the furnace has rust all over the inside. Great work guys!RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I dont understand why there are so many poor reviews. My appointment was easy to schedule and the scheduler was friendly and easy to work with. Bob, our technician, was professional and courteous. He answered all of our questions and promptly fixed our furnace. Im still waiting on the final bill to be sorted out through my home warranty provider, but I expect it to be hassle-free. I would recommend Air Quality Heating & Air Conditioning to my friends, family, and neighbors.

Made an appointment for them to come out and they never came. Called office multiple times to see if they were running late, never got an answer and no one ever called in reference to missing my appointment.

Had this company come through my home warranty, fixed my issue charged me and left. A week later same issues nothing was fixed. Made multiple phone calls and they wont answer the phone.

Cant speak to anyone elses experience, but we had no issues whatsoever. Our furnace went down and they were quick and responsive with everything. Ken was a nice guy and worked quickly to restore our heat. Couldnt ask for more.

The employees are rude and do terrible work. The quality of the install is mentally handicapped at best and the service tech was completely uneducated on HVAC at all by far one of the worse companies. The HSA Home warranty company that recommended them and had them do the work should rethink using this company. I have pictures that show there work insane quality I dont know how the heck they sleep at night.

Dave from Air Quality fought the Home Warranty Company who kept wanting to piecemeal my broken central air conditioner and he was able to get us a new unit ordered through the Home Warranty Company

They came a day early and had my heat working in 20 minutes.

Avoid doing business with these people at all costs. Set an appointment with them and even with a three hour window they didn’t show or even call to let me know they were cancelling. I called the dispatcher and never even received a call back to find out what was going on.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I would not recommend their service to anybody. Terrible customer service and a serious waste of time. Go somewhere else.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, hands down. I understand miscommunications happen when home warranty companies make appointments, but when it’s below freezing and a house is without heat, I’d expect a little bit of urgency to make a “recall”. Had an appointment set up through the home warranty company, they came out and couldn’t find a problem, less than a month later the furnace stops working, another appointment is made with this company after hours, called the next morning during business hours to get a time frame as to when I could expect a technician, they could not find the appointment in their schedule and got irate when it was brought to their attention that a technician had already been out but neglected to find any problems. All while speaking over me and not allowing me to clarify what seemed to be misunderstandings that were had. Very unprofessional company.

Have been Dealing with this Vendor for 3 Months and they still have yet to at least be courteous of contacting me, as the customer, to keep me Informed of any updates in regards to getting my Central Air Unit Repaired. Very un professional of them to not return my phone calls, and arrive when they are scheduled to come. My Home Warranty used this Vendor and I just requested to resubmit and request another vendor. I will not be wanting them to service any of my friends or family.

Absolutely the worst!! If u can avoid working with them I 100% suggest it, even if your home warranty wants you to work with them, switch companies immediately! Went without air for over a week when I was told a part would be in on a Wednesday Potentially thursday and it didnt come in until Monday. Conveniently for them they called around 4 and had to schedule appt for tuesday mind you monday was promised the 3rd time around to have everything taken care of. The technician was nice. Thats why they got 1 star, and because I cant go lower than 1 star! Good riddance

Came out for service call paid themthen didn’t hear back from them for a month on any issue . Never returned call and after several attempts to get a diagnosis of what the problem is they told me they didn’t know what the issue was-

A terrible company to try to do business with. 3 no shows. Completely unprofessional. Will never use them again.

First inspection and the guy was here at most 5 minutes. Only put in the report that I needed a new motor. The unit is atleast 25 years old, Bad condenser, rusted and chipped fan blades, no safety cover, sporadic voltage, and there is no serial or model number on it. Needless to say I called another company for a second opinion and i am now getting a replacement unit put in paid by my home warranty.

This heating and air conditioning contractor was very good and very friendly and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

This company did not come out when they said they were going too. We never got a call saying they were not going to come out. They avoided our phone calls and never fixed our furnas. They hung up on my husband and stole our money and didnt fix our furnas! Terrible customer service and a terrible company!

Bad …. takes them 5 vdays to call back and they still have no idea …..
