Im working on installing my first full HVAC system in my house. I called Rogers Supply in hopes of purchasing a 1/4 LL 5/8 SL 20L line set. The greeting once answered was simply Supply. I let him know what I needed and he asked if I needed a plain end or sweat end. I said I wasnt sure of the difference. He responded with I guess I cant sell it to you then., and hung up. I suppose being courteous is out of the question.
