Recently took my truck here for some work. Ended up needing a new transmission. All in all, the work was done and I have my truck back; however, communication at the dealership is terrible. Truck was here for a total of three weeks. Every time I called for an update I felt like I was bothering someone. Didn’t even call me to say that the truck was ready for pickup. I think I would still be waiting if I hadn’t called to check on it.My truck is brand new and still under warranty. Absolutely no loaner vehicle or rental was offered. Ended up having to pay out of pocket and Ram will only reimburse me for about half the rental.

I came to Tate Branch to just check out pre owned jeeps or other suv.. when i parked 2 pretty ladues came out introduced themselves to assisst me in the searcb. I told them what i was looking for and how much the .monthly payments. We walked into her office todo some paperwork to my specifacations and out comes Isreal to talk to me also. He had a jeep in mind. We talked and paperwork was printed out,a photo of the jeep was presented.... i AM IMPRESSED. I really never had a new vehicle and this jeep captured my heart .I did not expect such prompt response, friendliness and curtacy The jeep is just so nice. The atmosphere is calm,pleasant and result is fast. I am truely impressed. I am very happy

Came here to look at Jeep products. Product knowledge is almost absent. We were told different prices each time and would receive a call back with more details and options. It did not happen until a week later. By then, we had already purchased a brand new 2020 Jeep Gladiator in the color and specs that we wanted at a different location that was relatively close. If I could give my experience 0 stars I would. Customer service and product knowledge is a huge factor in our decision making when investing in high premium products.

They didnt have any of the Promaster vans after which I inquired, or know much about them, or have any success finding a web site with the information I sought. That said, the salesperson was friendly and determined to be helpful. After a few minutes rummaging about in a closet off the display room, he did come up with a brochure on Ram Commercial Vehicles from the 2019 product year that answered some of my questions. Thanks!Followup: A Tate Branch sales person phoned me in response to this review, and promised a more informative experience if I re-visit. To be clear, their aim to satisfy was never in doubt. I came away from the first visit with enough info to know that my decision wont be reconciled without a test-drive comparison between two possible choices. Add a 4th star for that.

Told me me part would be here waited tell the end of the day to say it wasnt here, after telling me they had it and it was checked in from the truck. So yet another day with out my vehicle and No loaner vehicles like usual. Atheist the sales side seems to be better. But if you need services and can manage to go elsewhere I highly recommend.

He showed us probably 8 vehicles and took our feedback with each one. It was a bit of a process for him but he never complained. When it was time to sign he worked with his finance department to get us a payment much lower than we previously had. About average. They will try and sale to you a little below MSRP and then make it sound like that’s a great deal. If you know how to negotiate you can get below invoice a few percentage just depends on the vehicle. The staff seems friendly enough just use the same old salesman tactics. The service staff is a little better they just are always backed up so even with an appointment it will be a few hours later for a simple job.

Very much helpful and did a great job on getting a great deal that worked for my mother in law to get her Jeep! Fernando did a great job as well on getting us in and out quickly with a great Jeep! Totally recommend Fernando if you’re looking for a great sales and someone that’s really working to get you a good price car, and not just rushing you for out for the $$!
