My tire light had come on and I noticed my tread on one tire was very low.. I call and was there was no wait and I went right way. I was there in 10 minutes and now there was 4 hour wait. Okay Ill come back later. I come back I tell them I know I need one tire but I want at least 2 replaced so even thing out and not to bother checking it for repairs it just to far gone. I was told no problem they can do that.I wait for 2 hours and have the woman helping come out to talk to me. She says they tried to repair my tire but its not repairable. I told I know I told you not to bother and just replace it. She looked me in the eye and said I just didnt believe you and we dont keep that tire in stock. Really? I drive a basic 2016 Ford explorer i dont have special tires, there hundreds of that car in town and they have no tires for it?She tells me they can order it but it will be at least a week before they get them. I was annoyed because they had told they could get everything done today. I asked about the tires warranty and ratings she wouldnt or couldnt tell me anything about it just the price. I just asked for my keys and left. I was done with her being rude and dismissive. I went to discount tire got a full set of tires in less then 2 hours and very friendly service.This tire incident was also not the first they have been rude but I looked past it. I was want to mention that i had my oil changed 2 months ago and my tires were marked as green tread levels and nothing about replacement was said. So apparently in 2 months of driving less then 5 miles a day my tires went from fine to almost bald...sure. More likely they just didnt do their job then. I wont be back for some time.
Ive stopped here a few times and couldnt get the time of day from most the sales reps. However I went by today (5-15-21) to look at a ford Explorer. I was helped out immediately with a great sales person. Kris, she was awesome listend to my needs and worked with me. And the new Manager Craig helped to get the price were I needed it and felt like I was getting a good deal. They gave me a generous amount for my trade. Even the finance man was polite and overall a great experience. Definitely recommend giving them a shot!
We are from Alamogordo and we broke down between Tatum and Lovington. When we talked to Permian Ford they initially told us because it was a holiday weekend it was highly unlikely that our truck would be looked at on Saturday and it may be up to 4 weeks because they are so far behind. I got a call first thing Saturday and the ensured me they would do everything possible to try and get us back on the road and about 4 hours later our truck was ready! THANK YOU! You guys saved us so much time and hassle!!

I was visiting Hobbs and my 2021 F350 wouldn’t start after dinner at a local restaurant. I called Ford roadside assistance and they wanted to tow my truck to a town far away. I said no and waited till the next morning. I called roadside assistance again asking to please tow my truck to the local Ford in Hobbs and they said no roadside assistance would not cover the tow unless I went to the Ford in Texas. I called Troy, the service manager at Permian Ford and he went above and beyond any dealership I have ever been to for service. He called Ford roadside and didn’t get very far with them and had my truck towed on his own to Permian Ford to get my truck fixed and on the road the same day so I could get home to South Texas. His mechanic Richard and the entire team provided the best service hands down . I wish all dealerships had a team like the service department at Permian Ford. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you thank you thank you!
Normally, I would give them a 4 or 5 star rating, however, this last visit was different. For some reason they decided to charge me double than I normally pay without telling me prior. I talked to the secretary and she said it was due to my discount having expired after 5 years. I bought my truck in 2008 and have been getting it serviced there for 12 years. Suddenly, you want to charge me full price without even letting me know. Dont plan on going back anytime soon

I love the atmosphere at Permian Ford. Kory our salesman was and has always been awesome to us. Luis in the finance dept makes us feel like family. We wont go any where else they will always have our business.
The service department took my F250 truck in promptly and changed the oil, oil filter. I requested to replace air filter, and fuel filter. They also took care of a recall notice. Disappointed that they do not rotate the tires like they use to you now have to pay extra. My bill was already $354.00. a little shock at the cost of the filters.

Still haven’t been paid from either company, and I’m highly upset. Next is a BBB complaint on both companies.. Do not get tricked or games played with by them.. They are slick talkers and will make you believe, something that is not true.

Service department is the only place I visit at this dealership. We own 2 Ford vehicles and appreciate the service provided on these vehicles. Service advisor David Miranda is always happy to help. If there is ever a problem he is quick to fix it. I have been happy that service advisors are willing to correct any issues that may arise. I may actually be one of the customers they probably don’t like to see because I am particular about how I like things. I take care of my vehicles because i want them to last.

I needed an oil change and they took care of it and checked other things very quickly.
I took my new car there today (12/29/2020) for routine maintenance. All was well until I notice a technician with a peculiar walk watching me heavily. He was either Asian or latino. He went over to a red four door Lexus sedan to check to see if the doors were locked while staring at me. Then as I was talking on my cellphone I noticed a shadow of a person behind a car to the left of me. The shadow stopped moving for while, then it moved again and to my surprise it was that male technician with the peculiar walk reappearing from behide the car while staring at me. It was a stare that would make any costumer feel uncomfortable and unwelcome because it was not a friendly look he was giving me rather a look of displeasure of my presence there and he never spoke one word to me, even after I tried to say hi to him. He just scurried away like some wild, feral animal... as if I was bothering him. Strange but true story.
Ramon and his new guy were awesome. I told them both exactly what I wanted and they hoped on it and got me what I was looking for. And it was in my budget. Ramon explained to me everything I need to know and walked my Spanish speaking husband through as well. Ramon and the new guy made my day. I am completely super happy with my truck. Worst dealership! Snakes! I took a vehicle for a test drive from the Ford lot with my wife and daughter in the car and the sales kept cursing through the whole ordeal. And as far as i know hes still there.They are the most sloppy, unprofessional group of sales people Ive ever dealt with. Lied about the condition of my vehicle. Said my transmission was fixing to go out! Made out like theyre doing me a favor to trade. Went to Lubbock and got the best service and send everyone I can to Pollard. I wanted to stay local but I couldnt.
Sales with Ramon was decent, got a truck I wanted and got too the road. Had some issues with the truck but Derek, Kevin, and his team have truly done a great job at getting things fixed even though I was not in Hobbs anymore, some small hiccups but overall, would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle in Hobbs. Good crew. Nice clean appearance as well. Good to know a company will look out for costomers even after a purchase. Thats very uncommon and just shows Permian goes above and beyond. I was towed to the shop because I had a blowout my car does not have a spare tire. Fortunately I purchased warranty on road hazards when I purchased the car. Unfortunately the tire was a special order requiring two days to get it in. So that I did not have to rent a vehicle, the service agent went above expectations and put on a similar tire that would work until my tire came in, the next day. I recommend this dealer to everyone for sales and service

Permian Ford has an excellent team in there service department. They and courteous and efficient. Always polite and updates as you wait makes the wait that much shorter. My Toyotas are serviced exclusively serviced at this dealership from which I purchased my Prius C.

We took our 2016 truck in to get an oil change. Once we got it home, we hadnt moved it for a couple days. Upon moving it, we found oil on ground and underneath truck . We called and left message for service manager to contact us, however, to date weve yet to hear from Permian Ford. We recorded it to show them before my husband found issue and fixed it. Needless to say, wont be taking it back! My husband and friend also witnessed a service tech in a customers vehicle reversing quickly and backed into another customers vehicle. So check vehicle before you leave!
Good price on the vehicle I purchased. Straightforward about the price and did not try to push extras. Very strange with the paperwork, I had the truck over a week before they would even provide me when a copy of the contract. This made me nervous. They took a while to pay my vehicle off. Did not inform me of some paperwork needed to process my title application until I showed up with expired temporary tags. Did not put the lean on the title application so now I have and get that done and pay a fee for the new title. Very rocky process, not streamlined at all. You will have to baby sit them with the paperwork if you want it done right apparently. Good intentions, just rough with the process.

Saw commercials on New Mexico Ford Dealers having amazing rebates, like 10,000. So we go and pick out a brand new truck and for some reason the finance manager just wouldnt offer us the rebates. DO NOT USE THEIR MECHANICS!!David lied to me for a week saying that my truck would be ready “tomorrow” 5 days in a row. Then after a week he finally admitted that he HAD NOT EVEN ORDERED THE PARTS.IT’S BEEN 16 DAYS, STILL NOTHING. NO LOANER CAR.They also won’t even answer the phone, or voicemail. You have to tell the receptionist to physically walk to the back and give them the phone for them to answer your call.THEY ARE WAAAAAAYYYY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER SHOPS.I EXPECT A HELL OF A LOT MORE FOR $3,000.I expected to pay more at a dealership, but I thought the service would be at least decent.PERMIAN FORD ARE EITHER A BUNCH OF LIARS OR IDIOTS.ALL THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE EMPLOYEES OR EMPLOYEES’ RELATIVES.

I took my 2013 ford f-150 in to have the works done when I get home and raise the hood the oil fill cap was laying on the fender well and the engine coolant had not been topped off. I pay for the service and would appreciate it for it to be done right. I purchased the truck from you and trust in you. Im disappointed!
Buying was a great experience. Having them send the plates or the admin key for my vehicle is another story. Getting a hold of ANYONE through phone is impossible. I guess if you live nearby you can actually wait for someone to talk to you. If that is not the case, youd have better luck trying to reach the president on his cell phone.
We were told by a sales woman they had the truck we were looking for and told us to be there at 3:30. We informed her we were on our way to another dealership for the same truck but would cancel that appointment to stay closer to home. We waited all day and arrived at 3:30 waited until about 4 when she finally arrived to tell us that vehicle was gone and sold. Thats fine but you should have let us know when you found out, not came late to the appointment to make us wait even more just to try and sell us on vehicles we were not interested in. Wasted our entire day, very inconsiderate.
Some confusion on using Ford Pass rewards points at check out. Also noticed a non-recommended oil viscosity was used for the oil change. They probably use the same oil on all requirements. Very fast service and staff was courteous.

I am beyond fed up with this place. I brought my business to them because of a Sales lady that I knew worked there. I was happy with her service and finding me the car I liked. I had all my information that I was told they need to register my vehicle to them within a week of me buying the vehicle. I was told it would take no more than a month to receive my plates and registration. Almost two months later, I have finally received my plates. The lack or correspondence between the proper departments and myself was absurd. I was told every time they were missing some kind of information. Did not make it easy for me to get things done in a timely manner. Never seemed to be able to talk to the one sole person that has access to the information I needed. They were always out or unavailable for me to speak too. Did not seem to understand that if the residency address was out of town, that I could not just swing by and pick up paper work for the mistakes they were making. On top of it all they called MY bank asking for documents that they did not need instead of contacting me! Never again will I use this company to purchase a vehicle from again.

They have some very nice top quality vehicles and they even check in on you after the deal is closed to see if your still pleased with your vehicle and let you know they appreciate your business. (Kory Kell and Donnie Fierro are the best) Your first oil change is on Permian Ford and thats just another reason why I feel like Permian Ford is the best dealership in Hobbs.
I have a company vehicle that at the time I received it had a check engine light on. I finally was able to get in to the Hobbs Ford Dealership, and David Miranda took care of the problem. The next day however, the light came back on, and I took the vehicle back after work, at which point Trini plugged up his computer to the vehicle and updated the software (no charge). The light went back off and all seemed good. The next day the light came back on again, and after work I came back and David Miranda hooked me up with a flexible time to have the vehicle rechecked. Third times a charm, and the vehicle seems all good (again no charge). They were even able to replace the brakes, which I requested after the fact! Bottom line is that we’re all human, but in spite of that, I felt that David, Trini, and their crew of mechanics took care of the problem with positivity and professionalism. Thanks a ton Permian Ford!
The service department was Extremely slow! The guys behind the desk look busy but the guys in the back doing the work take their sweet time. Was told I would be in and out in an hour and half, knowing I had an appointment in 2 hours. Missed my appointment and took them 3 hours! Avoid coming here if you can, unless you got all day to waist.

The service advisor wanted to deny my warranty and almost immediately suggested I take my car to another shop and pay out of pocket to fix my car he said there was a small slight chance that my car would be warrantied. I took my car to the ford dealership I bought it from and they took care of my car under warranty no problem
I purchased a new Lincoln Navigator in 2017. One of the tires indicated on the control panel that it was low. The dealership added air. I have had the vehicle in the dealership for the same issue on the same tire 3 different times. They tell me it is fixed. I took my vehicle to a tire store to find out if something was wrong. As I watched, the inside of the wheel was cracked. I went back to the dealership and talked to the service manager, Troy Raulston. He jumped right on the problem. It is a special order only. He ordered the wheel and supplied me with a brand new vehicle to drive since I am leaving to go out of town. This could have been a dangerous issue if the service manager had not acted immediately on a cracked wheel.
Went for an oil change. No appointment made ahead of time. They got me in and out while I wanted. Great service!
