The guys at Forrest took care of my issue quickly and easily! I had a blow out in Lubbock and had to find a used till I got back to town and could utilize my road hazard warranty! They ordered my tire with ease, it came in the next day…I got in the third day as soon as I could to get it replaced…the guys were very professional and courteous! They got me fixed up and on my way in no time!! My experience was great!!

I had to come here after stopping at discount tire. I was going to walmart and got out of my car and heard air coming out of tire. After looking at my tire I saw a pretty good sized piece of metal in the tire. I drove to discount because it was the closest place and was told they would not even attempt to fix my tire because they were not purchased there. I would just need to buy a new set of tires from them. So I left and drove to Forrest tire. Pulled up and was helped right away. They pulled my car in right away took the tire off and inspected it. They were unable to repair because the metal was too big which is understandable instead of pitching me a whole new set they said I really only needed to replace the one that was damaged. The were polite, helpful, respectful, and honest most of all. I really appreciate having a company that I can go to that isn’t willing to just turn people away.

Shelby took care of everything. He was very respectful and polite. I had hit a pot hole and needed a new driverside tire. He ordered the tire and got me back on the road. Ill be back to purchase the other 3. Great people. Great experience.

Great service other than having to wait on tires to show up for 2day. Then when did show was at 1,:00 but tire guy did not get to us till 4:30 after all that it was done quickly our tire guy was great.!

Not helpful at all! Employees are too lazy to do good work because they are getting paid regardless. Went in because my brakes were failing and they said there was nothing wrong with my car even after I showed a picture to an employee of how red the rotars were and smoking. Later that day my brakes nearly did not brake! I cld have been in an accidentSaw someone else and they were in disbelief Forrest Tires let me leave like that. I had bad brakes and calipers. Just moved from Houston and this is bad. Take your car somewhere else and dnt waste your time. They dnt want to work here.

Ordered over the phone & was called when tires arrived. It was the smoothest & cheaper (all tire places in town). They had me in & out in less than 30 minutes. Great Job!

We were on vacation from out of state when one of our tires developed a problem. We tried a couple of national tire chains to see if we could get it replaced but nobody had the right size. We were about to lose 2 days of our vacation waiting on a replacement. Forrest Tire was recommended as a possible source. Although they did not have the right size in stock either, they did have a suitable used tire which they allowed is to borrow until the new tire arrived. We were able to continue with our planned activities and got the tire replaced as promised. They are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this company!

My wallet was taken out of my car and no one seen it, so I guess it grew feet and walked away on its own. The manager watched the security tape and would not even get back with me, so leave nothing in site if you go there.

These guys are top notch! I came in looking for a new tire do to a puncture on the sidewall in my work truck. I told them I was pretty sure that they wouldnt be able to patch it since it was on the sidewall. The gentleman automatically took it back and disassembled it so he could get a better look at it. He came back and told me that he was pretty confident a patch would work, but he wasnt going to make any promises. Since he wasnt going to be able to guarantee his work they didnt charge me for the labor or fixing the flat. When I need a new set of tires Im definitely going back to these guys.

Ver knowledgeable team! I went in to get four tires replacement and they were incredibly helpful. I also went in thinking I needed my brakes repaired as they were squeaking, instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need. They informed me that my brakes were in great condition and did not need to be replaced. I will definitely being referring others here and will use themAgain in the future.

Far better than Discount Tire! Came to Forest Tire because of Discount Tire and their made up prices that mysteriously change all of a sudden. Installed my tires in 35 min and they were very professional! Highly recommend!

Went for my tire to be aligned but it was like it wasnt even aligned... called the guy that did it (not putting names out there) and he said that it might be a bad tire when it cant be cause I havent even had this car a full year yet... but other than that everyone there was really nice.

High class people treating you like you’re a human even with difficult requests. Had them dismount two tires and rotate my tires no questions asked they just did it. Very pleased with the work done. Very fast to get the work done got my truck in the bay as soon as we finished paper work and got my out in less than an hour.

My family and I had a blowout the night before Thanksgiving on a busy highway. It was raining and We had five kids in the car including an infant. We did not want to risk their safety by getting everyone out of the car to change the tire. We called Forrest Tire and spoke with TJ. He was very friendly and called a driver out ASAP. Mario came to change the tire and had us up and running in no time. He was very kind and professional. We were so thankful for their compassion and speedy service.

They patched a tire for me today, and were quick and thorough! They met us in the parking lot, were friendly and courteous, and had the tire repaired and back on the rim in under 10 min. Theyre often busy, but theyre quick, so Ive never really had to wait long at all when I need tire services.
