Dr. Osteich takes great care of his patients. I had an incident recently when I was having trouble with my contact lenses and he came into the office on his day off to see me! Where do you see that kind of selfless attitude today? At Sullivan Ostoich…that’s where!

Best experience Ive ever had! Through every process, the service was impeccable. I was greeted immediately upon entry and I was quickly taken care of. The workers there were so friendly! Dr. Klesken was absolutely wonderful and we had many laughs! When looking for proper frames, I had no idea where to even begin. Christine was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. She gave me honest but kind advice on the different frames and has excellent taste! She made the experience fun rather than a hassle. Ive already recommended this place to other members of my family. I must say, great place!

They are following the distancing and keeping location clean. Been with Dr Ostoich for decades, has caught subtle issues/findings that many would have missed and monitored them over this time. Live closer to the original site in Chicago, but is well worth the drive, appreciate his care for myself and the entire family.

Ive been a client of SOEC firaybe 2 years and since day 1, they have been great. One thing that aleways surprises me is how quickly they have me in and out. M y last appointment with them was at noon and as soon as I walked in the door, I was walked right to my eye exam. The doctor and staff are very thorough and super nice. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our visit with Dr. Mata was excellent. And the new eyeglass fitting was superb.

Dr. Shelus was so far the Best Eye doctor I have ever had. She really cares about her patients and throughly explained everything with my concerns I had about going to a bi-focal. I didn’t realize there were negatives on the edges and it makes me think twice going to them. At least when I do eventually head that way I know what to expect after her explanation of it. I have never felt that an eye doctor can care as much as she does. Normally I go to Costco where I feel like a number and have to wait several weeks to get an appointment with her. But at Sullivan I was able to see her in a few days. I would highly recommend her, she is a Beautiful, young, caring doctor that stands apart from others in her profession.

If I could give no star, I would!!! The services I received recently were TERRIBLE. This place used to be a welcoming community of staff that went out of their way to meet my needs. BUT, their services since 2020 has ABSOLUTELY gone down the hill. They have so many staff sitting at the desk without helping customers. They rather socialize with one another. They dont assist when needed. They leave customers waiting to find the right frame on their own and minimally help to adjust and repair glasses. I will never come back to this place. Go somewhere else if you want ACTUAL service.

My family have been seeing Dr. Ostoich for 9 years. Both my daughter and son have used Ortho-K contact lenses prescribed there. They were trained and supplied with equipment to remove the hard lenses, protein remover and cleaning solutions. Each time after they got through thorough eye exams, their contact lenses would be professionally polished... Most impressively, they take our benefit in heart. A couple of times, my kids broke their leses, and they always tried to check the warranty and willing to speak for us, followed by providing related service ASAP. My daughter has used her prescription for 9 years, and only got once prescription change. This is the most lovely part of our experience💖

Yesterday it was my very first visit at that location for both an eye-exam as well as picking up a new pair of glasses. I was very pleased with all aspects of my visit, from the exam itself and all questions I had for the the doctor, to the very friendly optician I had to help me pick up a nice frame. Very pleased indeed and I plan to continue go to that place.

I recently visited this eye center for an eye exam and to get a new pair of glasses.The office was clean and neat. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and welcoming. I saw Dr. Klesken who was very caring and professional. The staff clearly explained what was covered under my vision insurance, so everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this office to others.

I worked with Kristy at the front and she was amazing! Made it so easy and simple for me to schedule an appointment and see the eye doctor who was also great! I didn’t have to wait at all when I got there which is always a pleasant surprise. Overall great experience and a great staff will definitely be back!

I recently switched eye doctors and I must say this is by far the best optical I have ever visited. The staff are very kind and helpful, their hours work great if you’re on a tight schedule like myself and they work with you to make sure you receive the best care. The optical itself is very comfortable and makes for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

My experience at Sullivan Ostoich Eye Center was fantastic! The office is very comfortable and welcoming, with a very soothing waterfall sign in the back of the reception area that just made the experience more relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly, one lady in particular who stood out was Cassandra. She helped me in selecting my glasses not only for style, but she provided me with essential information on how to protect my eyes properly from very harmful UV rays. I ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses both of which I am extremely pleased with. I will go back in the future for my next exam and for all my eye wear needs.

I had terrible dry eyes that left me unable to wear contacts while in high school. I was quite active and played a lot of sports, so I didnt want to wear glasses. After going to many other eye doctors, Dr Ostoich and Dr Sullivan finally found a solution recommend ortho-k to me.I have now been using it for over six years and am so happy. These doctors are some of the best around! They have a great team and a welcoming office that always is happy to help and answer any questions. Highly recommend this place :)

What a fantastic visit! Dr. Shelus is professional, caring, & truly listens to her patients concerns. Loved that I could get a 7am appointment & never felt rushed. The front desk staff is also very knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend this office! Both of my kids have also seen Dr. Shelus and enjoy their time with her as well.

A few years ago, I was unhappy with my then opthalmology doctor and found Dr. Sullivans friendly face in our church bulletin. I later discovered that several friends go to him and were all very pleased. Dr. Sullivan recommended cataract removal and laser implants. The results were amazing and I have never seen better! I have been a patient of Dr. Ostoich for 12 years and would never consider going anywhere else for my eye care needs. Dr. Ostoich and his staff are very personable, yet professional, and focused on providing the absolute best service for their customers.

This is the only optometrist anyone should choose for their eye care! For nearly 6 years other physicians and opthamologists told me the problem with my eyes was seasonal allergies, or contaminated makeup, or blepharitis, or allergy to contact lens solution, or poor eye hygiene, or low Omega 3 levels. I had been treated with steroid drops, allergy drops, creams, ointments, wet compresses, lid scrubs, etc etc. Today I met with Dr. Brent Ostoich and he diagnosed me with being allergic to the material in my soft contact lenses which is apparently a very frequently mis-diagnoses and incorrectly remedied problem. With the new product, I will be able to wear one pair of contact lenses for a year, wear makeup again, and my vision will clear as my eyes are comfortable again. I thought my prescription had changed but it was yet another consequence of the lens material. Hes great, smart, thorough, takes time to explain his recommendations, and has a staff that is excellent. I also bought a pair of new glasses through their optical shop that look great. This is my new and last optometrist :)

My son was prescribed glasses that were way too strong for his nearsightedness. This was confirmed by two separate optometrists.

Everything was well done and very professional.
