I was in an accident with my Ford truck. I was having a major electrician issue when I got it back from the body shop. It’s been to 5 different mechanics AND the Ford dealer. Every mechanic couldn’t figure out the problem and just threw parts at it hoping something would stick. I spent THOUSANDS trying to fix the issue. Ford even charged me $700 just to look at it and tell me they have no idea what’s wrong with it, but give us $2600 more and we’ll try throwing parts at it. I’m a last ditch effort I brought it to Allison Auto Repair after a recommendation from a friend. I explained what was happening, what parts were replaced, and what tests were done. They gladly took a look at my truck. THEY HAD IT FOR LESS THEN A DAY! Called me and told me they figured it out and everything was fixed. I paid a fraction of what I paid at other places including the dealer! I can not thank the crew there enough! They actually took the time to drive the truck, experience the issue and troubleshoot. They figured out what the dealer couldn’t! THE DEALER! THE PEOPLE THAT BUILT THE TRUCK! I’m forever indebted to Allison Auto and I will ALWAYS go back for anything I need. Do yourself a favor, and go see the guys down at Allison Auto Repair. You will not find a group of more honest and knowledgeable guys around. If I could give more then 5 stars, I absolutely would!

Had my first visit to Allison Automotive Repair today. From start to finish the experience was great. Upon walking in I was greeted professionally and felt very comfortable. I left my keys and went about my day expecting the same run around you usually get from auto shops: “sorry, but it’s not going to be done today” or “we found that you need this, and this, and this.” What actually happened was the exact opposite. Came in for a brake job and left with new brakes, no headache, and even some money left in the wallet. This place is a no BS, old school honest, and reliable shop. Adam and James are really doing great things over there and are both genuinely interested in getting the job done right for you with no nonsense. I’d recommend this shop to anybody.

Adam just fixed what every other local mechanic Screwed up! For 4 years- my Truck has ran and sounded like Garbage! My Truck sounds like I just drove out of the Dealership! Honest mechanics!
