I went to Baskin Robins off Furrows Rd in Holbrook on Friday & what a horrible experience. The manager was so unprofessional & so we’re the employees. My son & I were so disappointed this place didn’t have any toppings & the one topping that they had (gummy bears) were hard as a rock I thought I was going to crack my tooth on the gummy bear. Never again!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Door closed and locked more than 20 minutes before 9pm... Which is the time they close... Which is posted right next to a door. Not the first time either.

Great selection of cakes and they always have my favorite ice cream flavor place is clean and well lit ...

Quick clean well orginised and full with all the Baskin famous flavored ice cream i love their cone selection place runs like well oiled machine praise to manager ...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE.

This place is a joke. Pre ordered a birthday cake more than 24 hours in advanced. Got home to realize that they wrote nothing on the cake it was blank. So I brought it back no apology or anything. When I asked for a manager the guy said his manager is gone for the day. Great business no wonder why my order got screwed up. How can you not have a manager on duty?

Yesteday I had just come back from a wake and wanted to get ice cream, being i was upset. It was around 10:15 and the website said it closes at 11:00. It was closed already when I got there. This is not the first time it has happened, but I figured Id try. When I knocked they gave me a look like I was an idiot then proceeded to the back to purposely ignore me. They usually hang out there until around 11, but close at 10. ???

A combined Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins.A small shop with fewer selections than expected, but fine for a quick donut box or scoop.

Wanted to get an ice cream cake, but they had zero available.
