Picked up my Grandsons ice cream cake with a Minecraft picture on it. I ordered half of the sheet cake just vanilla no cookie crunchies that’s what my grandson loves!!The other half regular chocolate and vanilla with the chocolate cookies crunchies!! They nailed it!! My Grandson was thrilled!

Horrible customer service. The representative became angry because I asked her what the price of an ice cream Sunday is.

Management couldnt care less! Ordered an extra thick chocolate shake and got 95% milk and 5% ice cream I might as well have ordered a glass of milk I mean Camon you work at carvel and cant make a simple shake?Not looking to be petty here as it was only a shake but I did pay for it and do deserve to get what I paid for. Called twice and asked to speak with the manager, both times I was told he would call me back but he never did. I guess Baskin Robins it is!

I ordered a specialty cake earlier in the week. When I went to pick up the cake it was not made as ordered. The girl at the store contacted the owner about the mistake and he said they would make a new cake for me as ordered and he would deliver it within 1-1 1/2 hours. Time frame was not an issue and he personally delivered the cake along with some mini flying saucers.Thank you for doing the right thing and delivering the cake!!Don

I was very pleased with how the cake came out but not at the price. They did an amazing job on the photo on the cake and design!! My daughter was so happy !!!

Asian guy that works here who’s apparently a manager was sitting on his phone texting while I was standing waiting for him to take my order... first thing I said was that I have a peanut allergy.. he then tells me I shouldn’t be getting ice cream from here. No worries, I’ll go to Coldstone, they actually accommodate for people with allergies. Much better ice cream and customer service there anyways!! Carvel needs to accommodate for people with allergies and needs to hire people with much customer service.

Come here for ice cream sandwiches (including macaron ice cream sandwiches), sundaes, and shakes. They have other sweets and actual food, but theyre known for the ice cream. Expect a line out the door and limited seating indoors.I love their jasmine tea flavored ice cream. The other flavors were good, but too sweet for me.

This is the best Carvel. Holbrook, NY. Their ice cream is always delicious. Smooth, thick and creamy soft ice cream. Doesnt melt fast like Medford,, NY. Which Medford is not good.Dashers are amazing! Never had an issue here. Service is good too! Store is clean and nice bright lights.. I miss some of the workers who use to work here. They were always so friendly and made our order just the way my family likes it. We will always pick Holbrook Carvel over any other one.

Drive a little further to the Bayport one, At least they never got an order wrong. Been here twice and Im 0 for 3. Figure that one out....

This place is absolutely terrible!!! Would Not recommend. I went last night and The girls that were working were talking about sex and inappropriate things. They acted like i wasn’t there. One of them kept cursing and just being totally inappropriate. I think one of there names were jose. When I got home I opened my ice cream and after paying a decent amount of money for only a few sundaes there was barely any ice cream.

This is possibly the awesomest bakery in the world! They have pizza!!I love the various sweet and savory baked goods they have. The focaccia is delicious. The line is usually pretty long, but if you come right before they close, then theres no wait at all!

They dont even answer the phone. What a bad business.

Very friendly all the times Ive been there. They also made my sons 1st birthday cake with pictures and Disney theme. It came out great.....

Ice cream was ok but way over priced

The girl behind the counter asked if we were ready and when we said yes she scowled at us like she couldnt be bothered. Asked for the special cone with sprinkles on the edge and soft serve ice cream with sprinkles. There was no height to the ice cream, it was flush with the top of the cone!I go here ever week and order the same thing and she chinched on the ice cream like I was taking money out of her pocket! This is the last time I go here, there are too many other Carvels around to be treated this poorly and stingy by people who dont want to work.

Wow, i was shocked by the service at this location. The employees that work the counter dont care about their job or the presention of the service this is now the reflection of Carvel. They are inconsistent with portions and the ice cream is bearly in the cone meaning it could just fall out. It is a shame this has happened more then once. this is the third time my girlfriend and i have been there and it will be the last. I wont shed a single tear if this location were to close.

Such a rip off!!! I paid $19.01 for two large sundaes??? It was originally $22 because I asked for extra toppings, I had to ask them to remake it without the extra topping. Absolutely ridiculous! Never going back again

First EVER bad experience at a carvel in 40 years! Went in and ordered 2 med sundaes & a box of 6 cups. The girls (2 couldnt handle my order) put about 1tsp of pineapple and a ton of nuts on one, we found three strawberries in the other. The 2nd girl was on the phone fixing the register. She couldnt figure out which of the 3 was the fat power wire. I stood there for 5 minutes before I asked the 1st girl if she could add my order on the calculator she was playing with the whole time so I could leave. The girls were both confused. I said punched 5.69 x 2 + cost for pkg of cups + tax %. They both stared at me. 2nd girl asks man on phone if they could do this with register closed. They added my order and said with 2 extra toppings my order came to $24.11. What?! Toppings is what makes it a sundae. They didnt even offer cherry or whip cream. Will never go back. Disgusted and annoyed.

Wednesday is still Sunday at carvel. Buy one get one free Sunday!
