I can’t say enough about REI. They replaced our windows, siding, and gutters, and the workmanship is A+. The sales process was thorough and low-pressure (responsive and communicative), and the crew was super detail oriented. They take pride in what they do and it shows. When it’s time to replace our roof, we won’t hesitate to give them the work.

Over the last few years, I have used REI to replace the roof on two different homes. Each time they did a great job throughout the whole process. Nicks crew communicated clearly about timing, started promptly and showed both attention to detail and respect for the property they were working on. They took the time to do things right and cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day. Everyone was friendly and courteous on the job and I am pleased with the end-result. Nick and his team are great from office to field. First home did a full roof and gutter replacement that went well, and with a recent move, went back to REI to do another roof and gutter replacement this time also adding PVC trim work and a large custom bay window replacement. Frank at REI was top notch! After having a small fire at our home we needed to re-side the house, install new gutters and repair the hole cut into the roof by the fire department. Frank came out to estimate the job and was very knowledgeable about the products and installation, he helped us through the entire process making sure we were completely satisfied. The crew worked long hours through some very hot days and through rainy days, their work ethic is unmatched. My wife and I were blown away by how good the house looked when they were done. This is the company that you want to work on your home.

REI came recommended to us by a trusted contractor friend. We have a very unique custom designed home. Over the winter we ran into ice dam problems. REI came out to do measurements and was very prompt to deliver a quote, and personally discussed the recommendations with us. Their installation crew was efficient, communicative, and kept the work site very clean. We had a small issue with our skylights- they were supposed to have factory installed blinds, but it was quickly corrected. We are very happy with the job.

REI has done two separate jobs at my house. They first did the vinyl siding and root, and then a year later we asked them to come back to do windows and doors.Throughout every step of the process Frank and John were incredibly helpful and professional, they were able to speak to what options we had available and make recommendations that were within our budget.The quality of work that was done is amazing, we get compliments all the time from friends and family and have referred people to REI since.I could not be more satisfied with REI from a business/project management AND a the quality of work. They say its difficult to find the best of quality/price/speed but REI has managed to nail all three.

It was a joy working with all the people involved on my re-roofing / re-guttering job! My roof was damaged by a large tree that fell on it during a windstorm this past spring. REI was immediately responsive to my call and sent someone to tarp the damaged area right away so no water damage could occur. They worked beautifully with my insurance agent so I received all that was needed in regards to full replacement. Everyone who actually did the roofing and gutter work was conscientious, very skilled and thorough in all aspects. Because of how they all treated me and my project, they changed what was an awful experience into one that was practically painless. Cannot recommend them enough, from top to bottom. Outstanding work that looks really great!

They were patient with us and our questions. When team REI was on site, the weather changed from snowing to rain. They made sure every part of roof were water tight before they left for the day. They were always on time. Very responsive to every question and concern we had. Skylight installation was done very cleanly and properly. We are very satisfied with their work and professionalism. If we are to do any work on the roof again, we will being contacting REI.

REI Roofing did an excellent job with our roof installation and removing a skylight. The workers were on time each day and worked a full day with a total clean-up at the end of each day. The whole crew were friendly, and courteous to our family. I especially want to thank Michael Evans for his input and coming out to our home to discuss different options and assist us in picking out a good quality shingle. I would strongly recommend this company to anybody looking to replace their roof.

Incredible!!! A phone call to REI led to the best experience one could possibly have with a home contracting service. Frank Curreri (sales rep) came out to the house and gave us a estimate and after meeting with him we could tell from that moment that REI was the company to hire. Frank had a real appreciation for the company, staff, work ethics and the quality of their work. We were sold.The work consisted of removing old siding and replacing with western red cedar siding and trim work. The crew of Dino, Fernando and Alton was exceptional. REI came to my home to provide me with an estimate within hours after a wind storm blew the siding off one side of my house. The start to finish process with REI was approx 4 months. (because of insurance negotiations), they helped me navigate insurance, Frank’s responsiveness is unbeatable and was so invaluable throughout the process. Then comes the crew. Billy, Kenny, Bobby went above and beyond, just outstanding. They were at my house every day for a month. They went above and beyond expectations, I am so lucky to have had them working on my house. They even enjoyed entertaining my kids with the cool tools (the nail magnet was epic). The finished product is stunning, safe and sustainable. I’m so grateful that I was referred to REI!

Everything in my dealings with REI went like clockwork.The salesman was on top of all questions and gave a timeline window that was adhered to. The crew that came to do the job was very efficient and accommodating to any question or detail I had.I can not say enough positive about the crew foreman and everyone else involved.I am sure that this was a small job for them, but I never got the sense that it was not important to them.

We loved working with Nick and Glenn at REI. They were timely, responsive, and exceeded our expectations for our roof replacement and door replacement. We knew we wanted/needed to get our roof done - it was an added bonus that I could use the same trusted company for our door. They put finishing touches on our roof to make sure it was 100% perfect, didnt pressure us to do more than we needed (spend more money) and, when thrown a curve ball, did what they needed to get the job right (we didnt know that our old door was smaller than our new door...causing them to need to stay an extra day and problem solve on how they would make it fit, with the end result being a beautiful entry way that went above and beyond). 100% would use them again...Im looking for more house projects now!

We had some garage roof tiles come off with the strong winds weve had lately. REI Roofing replaced these tiles. They also looked over the whole house roof and nailed down some other loose tiles. I cannot recommend REI highly enough.They are responsive, responsible, and incredibly good at what they do. Craftsmanship and pride of work shows throughout – roofing, siding, carpentry. Every member of their team – executive, administrative and job site personnel – was proactively focused on doing the right job and doing it well. Every one of them was hard-working, pleasant, and in language and behavior was respectful of the home’s residents and the neighborhood.They were very creative and helpful as we sorted out work that needed to be done and the alternatives available. I highly recommend REI Roofing. My roof was replaced a few months ago and I cant say enough about the quality work that was done. Mike was very professional and always returned my call or email quickly. The supervisor and crew that replaced the roof was courteous and did a fantastic job.

REI Roofing was recommended by a contractor that had previously done work on our chapel. Frank came and explained everything in detail to us. We got six estimates ranging from $12,000 to $87,000. REI came about in the middle and we went with them because of the care that Frank took to ensure we knew what was going on, what guarantees were made, and his attention to detail. It took about two months to schedule the job once we signed (they are busy!). Once the project began (which required a police detail, something they took care of and arranged), it went very quickly and smoothly, even though a change order was required due to bad structure/engineering in our 200 year old building. Everything was explained well, professional, and cleanup was pretty good, too. They also installed gutters which are working fine at the writing of this review. The site manager (Tyler) and all the workers were courteous, smiled the whole time, and worked diligently.I dont hope to pay for another roof any time soon, but if I had to (on another building), Id definitely go with REI again.

We were first introduced to REI when we had a huge section of our front roof rip off during a storm a few years ago. After calling around for immediate service, REI was the only one able to come over and patch the roof immediately. Flaws in how the original roof was installed led us to eventually need to replace the front roof. Because of REIs earlier responsiveness we gave them the first shot, and their quote was competitive so we went with them. The work was done quickly and professionally with top-grade materials. Now 2 years later we needed to replace the back roof, and we immediately went with REI based on prior experience. Once again they came exactly when they said they would and did the job very professionally. Unless we buy another house, I can say with pleasure that I never expect to do business with REI again as I expect the roof to outlast me! I have no reservations about recommending them to others.

I have never experienced anything less than the very best from REI - from big jobs (an entire slate roof) to small (gutter cleaning). Unlike most roofers, who seem to act like its hard to check their work and use that to cut corners, REIs goal is clearly to do it right.

Roof in braintree done on nov 2018. Rei Brought 4 skylights all the way to location sight. Wrong size. Rei Had to go back get the right fit. My old ones had manual shades. Would not replace them. Rei claimed they only install high-end sensor activated which are wicked expensive & I like manual ones just fine. Nick owner literally said to me theyre garbage even though manual ones are made by same company.Rei did immediately respond when a section of the roof on the inside needed further work. Also after a very heavy downpour, water was dripping from bathroom vent. Glenn came by right away caulked around it & promised a new setup if it leaks again. Thankyou for the last two. Roof so far is holding up, I hope no leaks anytime soon.

We own 6 properties so were familiar with home upkeep and contractors. REI has done 2 of our asphalt shingle jobs (and frankly had we known of REI sooner theyd have done 4). Nick Kazolias and REI Roofing has been the best contractor (not just roofer, but contractor) weve ever had! I mean it! Nick and his team check all the boxes: being respectful of our needs and wants in the pre-work assessment, being conscientious of the job site details, being punctual on all correspondence leading up to the job and for the agreed upon work days, allowing for owner input for particular issues, leaving the work site clean and unimpacted, being cost competitive for a quality job and for following up after the completion to assure our satisfaction. Unfortunately it seems the majority of contractors these days are focused on minimizing the job scope and maximizing the invoice; this isnt REI Roofing! Im simply a customer, not a friend or relative, and this is my honest view of REI Roofing.
