Went in to Carpet One to look at carpet. Kevin greeted us, took us to the carpet area and let us look on our own but stayed close by for questions. Once we chose a carpet Kevin came out to our condo to measure and was very polite, professional and thorough. When installation day came their own installation guy came out and did the entire 1500 sq for condo in one day. Work was excellent, he cleaned up after himself and he was a delight to work with. We love the carpet and the quality. Reviews I read online were accurate. If you need new flooring we highly recommend Carpet One and their team!

Couldnt be more pleased about adding 1300 square feet of flooring to my home from beginning to end of the process. John and Kevin both were thorough and helpful in providing options for me and explaining pros and cons of each product type. The installers, Mario and Nelson were both great guys who are good at what they do and were easy to deal with. Which was important since they were in my home for a week. The store is unassuming and hidden away where you have to look for it but I strongly recommend you do. The product, service, price and experience are all superior. Cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely use for any flooring needs going forward.

I worked with Brian on installing new laminate flooring (in the common areas) and carpets (bedrooms). From the get go, he was helpful, professional and responsive. They had several different payment methods, which were all reasonable. The quote was sent promptly, the turn around was quick. The installers were in and out. We couldnt ask for a better finished product. We are happy owners and our tenants are super excited to have new floors that look great. This family based organization installed a carpet in our master bedroom. Our contractor. who was present at the time. told us that every installation that he had ever witnessed damaged his baseboards. Once the rug was installed, we could see absolutely no damage.
