The store may be nice but the pharmacy is atrocious. They are rude, slow, and fail to perform basic tasks. I have had an issue with a prescription and they have neither attempted to solve the problem nor were they kind enough to inform me of the issue so that I could solve it.

Clearly dont care much about your time even if you make an appointment. Will continue on with casual work while youre sitting and waiting.

Needs a remodel and a good cleaning. The pharmacy staff seems bitter.

Went in because a return I had said that I could drop it off to be sent back. Employees were not friendly, ignored me the whole time and didnt let me know what was going on. Finally after just standing there while they messed around with some things they told me that they couldnt do anything. Apparently the system was down and they couldnt do anything. No effort to try and help or try to troubleshoot. They just gave my stuff back and told me to go somewhere else. Waste of my time going in and they didnt even try to fix it. Wont be coming in again.

Very inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff that could not submit a simple flu shot claim properly. The assistant and the pharmacist each told me my flu shot wasnt covered under my UofU plan. It seemed to me like neither of them knew how to operate their own software system. I called my insurance provider twice and verified that Walgreens flu shots are indeed covered under my plan. I wasted 2 hours between phone calls to insurance and waiting through their ridiculously slow line twice. I waited and wasted precious time, only to be turned away empty handed. When i asked for my insurance card back, I was forced to pay a ransom of ten more minutes of wait time so the pharmacy assistant lady with short grey hair could laugh at me and joke around with the guy who was emptying the sharps/biohazard container. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AS I DID! Go to the Walgreens just down the road on 9th east and 45th south. They are friendly and way better at what they do.

Pharmacist was rude. I have Good RX, trying to get a better price for my dogs prescription. She was demeaning and said we dont match prices and this is for a dog. After insisting she try, it was $26 less. This is why I go to the Walgreens on 5600 S 900 East., which is further away This location is always difficult to work with. Ill be transferring to other location.

My first experience was last year when someone on the phone told us that they gave flu shots. After battling our 5-year olds fear and resistance, we got him into the store only to find they were not (yet) providing flu shots.Today was even worse. I went to pick up a prescription which they said had been put back on the shelf. They told me it would take 15 minutes to fill. I wandered around the store for half an hour and then sat right by the pick-up window to continue my wait. The staff person who initially attended to me looked at me several times without providing any update. After about 10 minutes, I went to check in and another staff person informed me that I had no refills (which is not correct). Why didnt they tell me this BEFORE asking me to wait, let alone while they WATCHED me wait by the window? In the end, they were annoyed rather than apologetic. When I called to speak with a manager after the fact, I was on hold for so long, I eventually hung up.This place is really close to my house, but I will send my prescriptions elsewhere to avoid having to deal with them ever again.

Havent tried the pharmacy. This store has the friendliest employees. The floor is old

I am at this store almost weekly. The pharmacists and techs are friendly and very competent. They work quickly and always try to answer my questions. The sales help always greets me and is able to refer me to what Im looking for. The store is very organized. I love my Rite-aid.

Since they moved into the old Rite Aid the old Pharmacy staff are mostly gone and the new people are very unpleasant to deal with! I’ve never been treated so poorly. I am going to go to Harmon’s. Very sad. The old staff were the best and Walgreens got rid of most of them.

This is the Frankenchild of the Walgreens that used to be on Murray Holladay Blvd buying out the Rite Aid that was here and moving in. They merged products in some cases, added some new, more floor space. Great selection, nice people. Not sure what happened with the 2 different pharmacy staff though.

They have gotten better. They do have the fastest, hardest working pharmacist I have ever seen. He was there when it was Rite Aid. Really he is the only reason I still continue to use the store. The other pharmacist has made some changes, he is also becoming alright to work with. I wouldnt give walgreens one star, they are the worst pharmacy around. But because of the worker that was left over from Rite aid I will give 4 stars to this location.

I have been going to this store and its pharmacy for years. While the store it self is often quiet and run by a minimal amount of staff, the people throughout this store are amazing and extremely nice. I would highly recommend the pharmacy for all your prescription needs!

The store itself is ok. The pharmacy and it’s staff are unhelpful and often rude. I finally transferred my families medications to a new pharmacy. My only regret is giving Walgreens so many chances. Should have made the move a long time ago.

This store has taken excellent care of my mom for decades. Excellent management.
