This is a great location, the representatives are very knowledgeable and are eager to help you get the best device and plan possible. They have a lot to choose from and great accessories on top of that. Im not sure if its always running but I believe theres a sale running on accessories right now, make sure to ask the store representative and they can help you get the best accessories that you need for your phone.

Werent all that helpful but tried to answer the questions I had.

We showed up to get a new phone for my wife. We were there about 10 min before they opened at 10. After waiting until almost 11:45 we left.I called the store later that night to make sure they were scheduled to open at 10. The manager answered the phone and let me know they indeed were scheduled to open at 10. I let him know that we were there for almost 2 hours waiting and he said that the guy that was supposed to open didnt feel like coming in, because he had worked black friday. He also said he didnt care and that it was ok for the guy not to show up. I let him know that was not ok, and he offered for me to speak with his district manager. Gave me his phone number, that started with 555, and of course it didnt work.This place is extremely rude, and unprofessional. I could not believe the way I was treated on the phone. I will never go back to this store again. There are plenty of other places, like Best Buy, who can help you out.These At&t Authorized stand alone stores are understaffed and extremely rude.

Customer service was phenomenal! They opened the doors for me upon entering, engaged in conversation and assisted me in ways that was better than what I had originally concluded.I wasnt rushed. They genuinely cared about my needs and they listened intently while asking more questions, figuring out what I truly required.He treated me like a friend, rather than a client, gave me his honest opinions about the products and service, and he leveled with me in terms that was concise and clear. The agent also was technically inclined, taking care of my technical needs!

Aireal was fantastic. She ran between two customers helping them both with unbelievable expertise, all after closing time for the store. She is a valuable asset to the company and makes me feel secure and comfortable as an a.t .t customer

Came to get a phone that is already paid off unlocked so we can use it with another carrier and had to wait 45 minutes for the single worker to be available to help. He was nice, but it was a long wait.

Excellent service from Jeff ‘after struggling a two week period with my broken phone and asurion didn’t want to help I just came into the store and Jeff helped like never before ; I have never felt a best customer service like Jeff did ; I highly recommend to go to Jeff Herzog for any problems or details .

I came into the store less than 10 minutes to closing time.. Ariel was the only employee there and the store was absolutely packed! Ariel was proficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Completely worth the wait. At@t is very lucky to have acquired such an amazing employee! I will return to this location for all of my at@t needs. Thank you Ariel!

Aireal is the manager here at the AT&T store in Holladay and I just have to tell you that she is the most wonderful person we have ever met. She has helped me and my husband so many times. We are elderly and we just dont have the knowledge for the capability to figure out all this stuff and so shes just been great we only see her and they only asked for her becauase shes so great so give her the top award for your company because she deserves it.

I would not recommend this particular AT&T store unless you want to wait like I did for 45 min just to make a payment on my bill. They are always understaffed and in my opinion not well educated on the products they sell

The girl with the mustache will LIE TO YOUR FACE. She rudely greeted me and when I explained I needed a prepaid phone she said I dont sell phones without a (postpaid) plan So I asked if she knew other SLC At&t stores that did and she said WAL-MART. And If you sit DOWN Ill EXPLAIN it to you so I said forget it, youre wasting my time. Went 15min down the road to another at&t store and got exactly what i needed with a much better sales rep who didnt try to screw me over and was very helpful ( and happy to take my money over Wal-Mart) Get better customer service skils!!! TERRIBLE HUMAN BEING!!!!

Cant say enough about Matt! His Customer service, product knowledge and sales were all five star ratings. Would recommend this store and have recommended this store to others. Very happy with my purchase. Matt also helped me navigate the best choice (cost effective) for me and my data plan.

Andy helped us out quickly and was very friendly. My wife and I wanted to get a new SIM card for her new phone. Andy offered a free option of cutting the old SIM card to fit, but we preferred to pay the small fee of $5 to get a new one. Andy was very sweet and talked to us about our new phones, school, and other polite stuff to pass the time while she was taking care of us. The store wasnt crowded, but Andy was the only one working, and was helping everyone in the store in good time. If I need any more help in the future, I would go out of my way to go see Andy again for help.

I had an incredible experience coming into your Holladay store yesterday. I spoke with a lady named areal I beleive. She was really nice and very persuasive. I had been on Verizons plan for 6 years and am now switched to AT&T! I had so many problems with my last provider and am so thankful that I no longer have to worry about it!! She assured me that I will be taken care of and genuinely seemed to love her job. Definitely will be back!!!

Aerial is an amazing individual. I have been to her location. Twice and she has single handedly ran the store. Whatever AT&T is paying is not enough.

Aerial is great but I am sure could do better if she had phones to sell.

I went in and wasn’t greeted by either of the employees working there. They were with other customers which was fine, but after waiting for 45 mins the girl informed me that it was the end of her shift and the other man would be about 45 more minutes with the other customer, at which point they would be closing. This really irritated me. One of them couldn’t have taken 30 seconds to inform me of that at least 15 minutes before she knew she had to leave?I will never go to this location again.

Staff needs replaced. If you refuse to help and force everyone to call customer service, and go online.... Either we need to spend our money with another carrier or AT&T needs to fix there staff in the stores especially this one!We travel all over the world and this place is the worst store we have ever gone into!

Let me first start off by saying that I had a long day............. on the phone with apple at&t and I couldnt get my issue resolved, so I decided to go into the AT&T store in Holladay and I am so glad I did! My husband and went to the Holladay AT&T store and the manager, Eddie, took his time to assist us for 3 hours to unsync our three phones, set up a phone and helped us download games from our phones to the iPad. He did not have to spent that much time with us but he chose to and gave us excellent customer service and we greatly appreciated everything he did for us. I highly recommend the Holladay AT&T store for customer service.

I did not have a good experience at this location. I wasnt greeted till after 20 min of sitting on the couch. When I was, it was only to see why I was there. Eddie then when back to the first customer that would actually get him a commission and take another 30 min, even though my problem would have taken about 5 min. I dont know how employees are trained and I understand the order of operations but if one task takes an hour and another takes 5 min well, do the math. I walked out after sitting for about 40 min. Waste if time.

They have nothing and one of the workers rather hag out with his girlfriend Instead of helping me out. Dont co.e to this store

Matt and Shawn are absolutely amazing!!! I came by at closing and they stayed 2 hours after closing to help me get my broken phone back up and running. Its rare anymore to get such stellar customer service. Sounds crazy, but they kinda saved my life or at the very least my sanity! Thank you both so so much

Worst experience at this store. I went in to get a new phone for my grandma. The guy was trying to upsell me on everything. He claimed there were no more flip phones and promised he could add an iPhone SE to my family plan for cheap. When I went to pick up the phone, there were two phones that I was given. The guy claimed it was a “buy one get on free”. Turns out, they had added two lines to my plan and discontinued my number. I waited and hour to obtain these phones then spent another two hours on the phone with AT&T store fixing everything. I now have to make another return trip to this store to return these phones. Don’t waste your time here, it’s worth checking out the 7th east location.

Terrible customer service all the way around, they seem like robots there. Theyll open the door for you and try to be polite, but they arent genuine about it at all! They dont seem to care about the question you have for them or want to help you with anything. I will be avoiding this store at all costs.
