I rarely leave reviews, but today Kai gave the greatest service! He helped me switch my phone number over to T mobile effortlessly and way quicker than I would have trying to do it myself. So kind and helpful. Thank you, Kai!

This is the absolute best T-Mobile store! Kai changed my perception of T-Mobile customer service, protect him at all costs haha. Today I went to a different location first and had an extremely bad experience. The employee and manager were rude and wanted me to pay $150 to the apple store, I was shaking. I came to this location after as a last ditch attempt, it was just to get my phone replaced because the battery won’t hold a charge. My sister had done this 2 months ago with no issue at this location. Kai validated my feelings and took care of my needs in under 10 minutes and I only have to pay $5 for shipping since I have insurance! Thank you Kai!
Cam and Arian were awesome. Squared away a bunch of issues and questions I had. These two are valuable assets to T-Mobile! Very honest, knowledgeable and personable. Give those two a raise!

Great group of people working here, they are very knowledgeable and are more than willing to recommend whatever devices and or accessories to help you meet your needs, every time I have been in here they have patiently answered questions of mine or anybody else in the store, the store is also very well kept and it is easy to find what you are looking for.

Our experience with Porter and Jarvis was so good that although we had decided to try with another company, we found ourselves coming back quickly and getting an even bigger plan with more data. Porter and Jarvis were definitely the best examples of customer service I have ever seen, and we hope to continue seeing amazing service like that throughout the years that we plan to continue with T-Mobile.
Porter was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. He did such a great job, I dont even wanna go to another cellphone store. The place was spotless and everyones attitude was in the positives. 5 stars.
Alex & Leo at your Holladay store were unbelievably awesome!!!I hit panic mode with AT&T, a child in the DR, 2 major hurricanes coming & service canceled for no apparent reason from AT&T. I spent 48 hours on the phone with various departments within AT&T trying to get help but to know avail but then I met Alex & Leo!!! They were so helpful, professional, supportive & understanding as I was about to loose it...Thank You Boys!!!Jen Gardner
Not helpful. Ive called in to this store and spoken with Alex and received conflicting information. The final straw was yesterday when he told me he couldnt answer a question because he needed to see my ID. The question was not account specific. He didnt bother to help me set up an appointment. In the past I have purchased a phone and set up plans with him in store. He didnt help set up the phone I did purchase with him and told me that I needed to order the other phones with him because none of the other stores in the valley had the ones I wanted. He even pretended to be on the phone with other stores and completely wasted my time. He just wanted to commision? I called the another store while he was standing there on hold with that store they answered immediately and the other store had everything I wanted. I was livid. I went to the fort union location and received great customer service. The reps at fort union said they get complaints about the Holladay location daily. Although this location is the closest to my house, I wont go back to this store because I dont trust that I will receive honest service.
The manager, Alex is super helpful! He is a great listener and is always willing to help for as long as it takes to get your questions answered! The rest of the staff is super welcoming and helpful as well! Thank you guys at Titan for having such an awesome staff at this location!
I found the employees to he super helpful! My experience was great and service was fast. Got me in and out like I wanted but still took time to make sure I was all set up!

I needed a new SIM for a new phone. However, SIMs cost $25 bucks at T-mobile, as opposed to the $5 SIM I just bought for my wifes phone from AT&T. Sandra saved me the $25 bucks by showing me how my old SIM card can pop out a smaller SIM card to fit in my new phone. Then she gave both me and my wife some free towels. Sandra was very helpful and it was a very nice visit.
Dishonest employees. We went with t- mobile for the international plan. We clearly specified that is why we wanted it and made it clear that we didnt want a credit report ran.the employees ensured that we would be able to text and use our data in the countries we were traveling. We decided go with t-mobile. The day of our trip we called to notify t-mobile that we were going to be out of town. We were informed that because we didnt run a credit report we did not qualify for the international plan. It was too late to switch plans. We were also promised coverage where we lived and worked. We had the worst service in our home and work. I am very disappointed with our device and the entire t-mobile company. We will changing plans when we get back from Europe.

I went in to ask about a couple different phone models. Madi was very helpful and knowledgeable, she helped me compare specs and was really informative. Really positive experience, and a further validation on what a great company T-Mobile is.
Went in with bad experiences from the Draper location and the guys working there were ridiculously helpful. Even when we weren’t buying anything and getting info they were super nice. Thank you guys very much!

Not good talked with agent about ins claim deduct t-mobile sold me 360 plan made claim 360 plan not accepted by insurance company. Old ins policy deductab being applied so why ins why 360 why T-Mobile = Hello Comcast !!!
