This 7 eleven store gas come a VERY LONG WAY! They used to be struggling and had some employees that just came to make money and thats it. But now the staff and those who run it do a very good job and the manager lady who has been there a long time moving upward and helping it be better there ....
Rude employees. I’m on a motorcycle, buying coffee and cigarettes. The staff acts like I’m bothering them. No ‘good morning’. No ‘welcome to 7/11’. No customer service skills whatsoever.I can’t carry coffee on my motorcycle, and the 1st shift employee tells me “it’s stop shop go, not hang out”Ridiculous that I come here to participate in events for the 36th year in a row and get treated like a nuisance.
I went to Flomich and US 1 location before work, it was about 10 40pm and I asked the clerk if he can make coffee and he comes over to the coffee station and told me they dont make coffee until morning and the coffee they had sitting off burners were from the morning and the clerk told they dont make fresh coffee throughout the day. He got attitude about brewing a pot of coffee for me. Go to WaWa they have fresh coffee 24/7.
Clean lot. Couple homeless guys sitting on the sidewalk on the side of the building but they werent causing any trouble. Fuel prices on oat with everyone around them within a 10 mile radius. Bus stop right in front of the fuel pumps, if anyone wants to know. Easy access from both US1 and Flomich St. All pumps appear to be I working order. Inside clean.
As with most 7/11 stores in the Daytona Beach area, this store will rip you off any chance they get. Stay away from 7/11 and the Sunoco fake 7/11s. Go to WaWa or RaceTrac for a better customer experience! 7/11 is in the negative star category.
THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced! Sarah is an *INCREDIBLE* asset to this franchise location, she always goes above and beyond to ensure an amazing customer experience! She constantly proves to be an amazing, engaging, and thoughtful person, which any business would foolish to undervalue!
8:23AM, and no selection from the breakfasts. Not too cool. -1
The place is always clean and stocked. I am in on a regular basis. Liz and Niki are awesome. They make me wish my lunch break was longer. So as far as a convenience store goes I have zero complaints.
The staff is too fast. I. Putting my change away as the cashier reaches over me to help another customer. I work too. Is it ok to make sure you have me the correct change back? Why is the next customer more important than me? Please work on customer service. Money was moving too fast for my comfort. This is a zero star staff but Ill put 1 star for the convient location.
The pace itself is alright I guess, but I just stopped in at 6:50pm April 5th and the cashier, although nice, was very blatantly messed up on something. Messing up all her words, nodded out in the middle of counting my change that she kept dropping.. didnt catch the name but that was sad and unprofessional

My experience here was AWFUL. I dont want blame the Ridgewood environment because the sentiment from this mans soul stemmed from somewhere deeper, somewhere full of hate towards himself which he reflects on others. By the way, this mans name is Bill.I bought a fresh to go snack which I realized was spoiled and slimy when I got home. I figured no problem, I can just bring it back and either exchange it or get my $2.99 back. Well, Bill had other plans. He would barely allow me the chance to explain why I was back and immediately shut me down, he asked about a receipt, of which i never received nor did i care for because I was planning on enjoying my snack. By this point a crowd came in of which I allowed them to go forward with their purchases (I hate scenes). While tending to the last customer Bill blatantly told Alex, the clerk who originally helped me, that i was back because...... she found mold... blah blah blah.. ladi da ladi da, by the way..mold is blackhe spoke in those exact words. This man handles food for a living. He treated the whole situation as if it were of no importance or health threat. Im clearly not asking for top notch service when I go to 7eleven, but come on..give me just a little common sense here. Ill never go back and not that ill miss it, but I felt it was worth mentioning the lack of accountability for their products at this location. Watch your tummies and integrity when you go here.
I had an awful experience here. I was very hungry when I got there from driving for 3 1/2 hours. I asked if I could buy some chicken like I usually when I come down near this store. The cashier told me he wasnt cooking any because he was busy. The only customer that was in the store at the time was me. He told me I can choose something else or go somewhere else and walked off. I think that was very unprofessional. The store out on that $10 sell.

Everytime I go there they never have food on the warmers no matter the time of day. They get an attitude when you ask for food. I hate this location.
