Parts came in on time. Appointment to install was met right on time! Technician was super knowledgeable and did a great job updating our TEC grill. Great to find companies who do what they promise. Nice Job!

They did not have my part...Could not come to do the service BUT... Tracy spent 15 minutes on the phone with me making sure I was going to be able to grill on the weekend and that is what a great customer service person does and why I wrote a review. And I am not a reviewer. I do not know anything about BBQ depot but EVERYONE needs a TRACY....

These folks are the real deal. I had to replace a gas regulator and hose and everyone, Internet big box stores and local hardware stores, told me that a 3/8 outlet fitting was universal and would work on every grill. Not true. Some grills have larger hoses and larger fittings for more BTUs and more burners (side burner, rotisserie). The BBQ Deport folks understood this an put together an extremely high quality replacement. Great service. Great knowledge.

Delivery was quick. I found the item I needed and wanted at a good price. Couldnt ask for better service. I will definitely shop here again.

The kind lady searched for 20 minutes trying to work through this for me for a part less than thirty dollars, all the while prepping for a hurricane! I cannot say more about customer service! What a great expérience. I was restoring an older Ducane grill. I stop in and was met by the owner. The owner and her husband helped me with the parts i needed for the ignitor system. Amazing service and knowledge from an online merchant ! We purchased a home with a Lynx grille in need of a few parts - fortunately we discovered the BBQ Depot online (almost ordered the wrong parts elsewhere) and they quickly advised to order only based on the serial number of our grill. Parts were shipped same day with advice how to install.....and they fit! Outstanding customer service (emails were replied to in a Sunday) and knowledge of the products they sell and service.

Went there with the intention of purchasing a grill and the gentleman on duty did everything to talk us out of buying from them. Said they were mostly into high end installations. He even told us we could probably find the grill we were interested in cheaper at brandsMart. The grill that we were going to purchase was a Napoleon.... $2300.00 grill. I would suggest not going to them unless your going to spend at least 10,000.00. I felt like I was profiled.

First of all let me start off by saying that I am in no way affiliated with The BBQ Depot. I had a great experience with them and I truly believe that great service should be commended.I placed an order with them about a week prior to the Super Bowl. I needed to repair my BBQ for a party that I was planning to host. I placed an order with BBQ Depot for a new set of porcelain coated BBQ grates. They arrived very quickly but they also arrived slightly damaged. There were a lot of abrasions/chips in the porcelain grates. If you know anything about porcelain grates - you definitely dont want to damage the porcelain coating because it leads to rust, the food sticks to them and they can deteriorate fairly quickly.The last thing that I personally want to do is have to deal with returning an item - its never fun and in this case it would leave me without a functioning BBQ for the party. I contacted the BBQ Depot and they were very understanding. They asked me to send them a few pictures of the damage and they promptly responded and told me that replacement grates were on the way. In fact, they went above and beyond what most companies would do and they told me to go ahead and keep the damaged grates and they would quickly ship out the replacements.I must say that I was shocked by the fact that there are still a few companies like BBQ Depot who stand behind their products and take care of the customer first. I want to thank them for their professional work ethic. I will definitely spread the word about your company. Michael

Ordered Viking diffuser plates and it stated there were 4 to a pack. So I ordered 2. No, I was shipped 2 individual diffuser plates. Most expensive on internet. What a sham job.I retract the above complaint. BBQ depot was hacked by a Chinese company and it posted an incorrect ad of the diffuser I ordered. BBQ depot took care of the issue immediately. Not their fault and they made good on the purchase. Overall an upstanding company.

Dont trust hours of operation. They say they open at 8:00. About 8:10 someone in a Jeep pulls up, takes his time getting out of the truck, makes no eye contact, and proceeds to lean against the truck and talk on his cell phone. No eye contact, no just one minute hand sign, no not open yet head shake. My husband had used them before w/o problem, but Ill find somewhere else to get propane. Nothing like being late to work and still not getting an errand done!

We ordered some items in May from this company and upon receiving them there was some confusion with the delivery and it got sent back. We were told that once the BBQ depot got there stock back we would be refunded. Well we are now in October and still no refund. Had a very unpleasant phone conversation with a lady there. Wow. What a grump. They are now trying to tell me that they will be charging us a 50, yes 50 % restocking fee and that the system that they use for credit card transactions has been down so they have been unable to do a refund. Since May????? How do they have people order the products on line if they cannot use the credit card system. WHAT A JOKE. Do not buy anything from this company unless you would like to have the worst experience in customer service that you have ever had. If you figure out a way to purchase things on line using a bird and a cheque please let me know

The worst quality attention and the higher price ever, I paid $55 for a fitting that cost $16. NO REFUND! if you want to be treated as a piece of cra.... and waste your money.... You are welcome to barbecue depot!

We had our outdoor kitchen designed and built by bbq depot and we purchased an Alfresco grill. We have not cooked on it yet but we love the how the island came out.

This people just want to sell expensive stuff, i went there and ask for a grill, i told the lady my what my budget was and what i was looking for and she told me that i am not going to find something like that for that price, i was talking about $1,300 not $100, i already fund the grill and ordered in other store and they helped me and were very nice, not like this people.
