Omg! 10 stars, they are the best! ❤️ I had a few scratches on my door and the back of my BMW. The owner took my car right away and in about 30 minutes he brought it back. I was so impressed, they did such a good job and they did it fast. The car was a bit dirty, so the guys even washed my car. I cant thank them enough. I am going back to fix my passenger mirror in a few days. I highly recommend Hollywood Collision Center! They wont disappoint! They love what they do and they take care of their clients!

Would highly recommend. Henry and Randy were very helpful, courteous, and answered all questions promptly. They did a beautiful job on my husbands 4-Runner that was rear-ended. They even cleaned the car inside and out, with armor all on tires and interior. Car was spotless and looked brand new. Great work and fast. Dropped off on Tuesday, picked up on Friday.

I usually don’t do reviews but for how well they did they deserved it, and I know I’m the type to check reviews for places too. Genesis is the at the front desk super nice and sweet. Freddy took great care of my car and I, I was so happy and honestly surprised on how well they did. I couldn’t believe how shiny and glossy my car looked. It was like a clean mirror. They can repaint a whole car or make two colors match very professionally.

The best thing about this place is their professionalism and willingness to admit their mistakes and do their best to help you even after the work has been done. In addition, their customer service, which is run by Freddy, is top notch and they give you updates along the way as the car is being repaired. I am glad my insurance chose them as their preferred mechanics because they do a great job and will fix any mistakes if they make them.

I wrecked the front of my car over 2 years ago. I did not want to get it repaired until I found a bumper the same color as my car. That was a task with no avail. I was referred to Lauderdale Lakes Collision, but never went . I finally decided to take it to them and was more than pleased with the work. Reggie, saw the damage, gave me a quote and told me to bring it in on Monday. My car was finished and ready to go on Wednesday. The work look like It did when I took it off the showroom floor. One star on customer service and pricing. Very rude older Caucasian man didnt even introduce himself or aknowacknow me, he did one walk around the vehicle and gave me an outrageous estimate. Felt like I was bothering him for requesting an estimate.

I purchased a Corolla from Autonation Chevy Doral and was told theyd fix the damaged bumper prior to pick up.....they attempted but it was to no avail which not only confused me but also angered me....then headed over to Toyota, same outcome.....went to Google for auto repair shops and came across these guys and could not be happier with the outstanding job they did!
