This location has slowly been declining over the years. All the reviews are correct about her attitude towards her work and the customers. I go there out of convenience and try to be polite but today she intentionally gave me the wrong items and insisted she couldnt exchange them or do anything right there at the time of sale. She is dissatisfied with her job and it shows with her constant complaining. How many people must complain before the state does something about her?

Dont go here, the only lady that works there is very rude. Always says rude things and cant even bag the things for me. Please hire someone who wants to work.

The staff is really rude and unprofessional in person and over the phone. Always complains, last time I was there she was working with fever no mask no gloves touching everything while coughing I put a complaint with her manager and also children and family. I refuse to go back until they get someone more professional. She changes her lunch hours all the time to the point that when she sees a car parking she put the lunch sign.

Ive been coming here for months now, this lady can never not say a rude remark, the time before last I was reading a sign on the door about covid and as soon as I opened the door the said hurry up I have things to do 😑, this past time I asked about an item and she said this isnt Publix. She is always complaining about how much she hates her job while attending you.

The staff is super rude and unprofessional they always have an attitude . Also every time you come here it’s something either there on lunch or it’s another excuse the sign is on the door sometimes from 12 to 1 or 12 to 2 they need to get rid of the staff and get new people ! ASAPP DONT COME HERE When I go back to wic I’m gonna report them .

This place is horrible everytime we come staff seems so miserable or always out to lunch they should have lunch time posted on the door. Some times its 12pm to 1pm other times its 1pm to 2pm or so on. If they have a fixed time the public will know WHEN NOT TO GO TO THIS LOCATION! They never pick up the phone so you can call to ask when they decide lunch will be. Have a damn schedule. Thank you.

Very convient for me! Nothing but WIC items are there... it was hard for me to find the store because of the address. It should be 3944-A Pembroke rd, instead of 3944 Pembroke rd

The lady that works there is horrible, the moment I stepped in to the store she said these people again they dont even let me eat my lunch the manager need to do something about this

After half an hour of waiting outside, and it is 3:05 pm and the store is closed because it is at lunch? What a lack of respect for customers, very bad service !!
