Stopped in today to get a JBL Flip 5 since the black color was not available close by. Josh in the electronics department was very courteous and showed me the differences between two of the models I was considering over the Flip. Ended up buying the Flip 5 and am very appreciative of the extra time Josh spent with me in helping me make my decision a breeze. :) I just tried the speaker last night and wow, what a amazing clarity for the price.

Went in Target in Hollywood specifically to get sparkling water and shampoo and conditioner for hair. I found everything I was looking for..it was an early morning trip so lines were short and store was not crowded. The cashier was very pleasant and courteous. The store was clean and there were several new hires learning how to do things in various departments.

The store is Clean and the staff is friendly. They dont have my favorite Tiramisu anymore 😑

Our trip toTarget was fine because we were able to find what we were looking for. It was also nice walking around indoors since its so hot here now in Miami. 😎🔥

I have been a customer at this location for 5 years and never had an issue until today. Yesterday, I purchased a bracelet priced at $50 for my husbands Apple Watch (a last minute Fathers Day gift), just to find out today when he was opening it, that I purchased an empty box. At first, I thought my husband was pulling a prank on me and when I checked the box, unfortunately he was right, the box was empty. I quickly ran to the store, (after a 12 hr shift at the hospital by the way) since I lived nearby to let target know, that I was sold an empty box and the girl at the return department stated that she needed to verify with her manager since it was a high priced item. I patiently waited for the manager just for her to look me directly in my eyes and tell me she couldnt refund me my money (which by the way I did not ask for) or make an exchange. So, I told her that I purchased the item yesterday and now I am basically paying the consequences for someone elses action or it couldve easily been a problem at the manufacturing company with packaging the item. Regardless, nothing could be done. After pleading with her, she suggested that I call corporate and maybe they would be able to refund me or provide me with a gift card. So, I insisted to give me the number which she did and I called corporate immediately at the store to let them know of the situation. The gentleman on the phone, Alex was very pleasant and able to help me with my situation. The reason why I am giving this store one star is because of the lack of effort in helping me as a customer. Granted, they dont know me so they cant assume that I am innocent. But to have an expensive item not locked for someone else to grab which I dont believe is what happened is beyond me. I can tell you from this experience, I felt violated and small and because of that I no longer want to purchase anything from target. Whats one customer when they have billions more, right? So my advice, to anyone that would like to buy from this store, make sure you have the employees open your purchased items in front of you especially if they are expensive, to assure that you are buying what is actually suppose to be in the box. I am not giving target one star but giving one star to this location specifically for the lack of effort to helping or even giving me a store credit to keep me as a customer.

I am from Nassau, Bahamas and had the esteem privilege to speak with a most helpful, patient, courteous and capable Target Representative by the name of Dayan. He is situated at 3251 Hollywood Blvd Target Department Store. I was MOST IMPRESSED and pleased with his willingness to assist me graciously. However, my daughters Christmas desire was to have a Step 2 Kids Toy Kitchen . He made this a reality by searching the computer availability and running through the store aisles to secure my package. Thus, leaving it in Guest Services. Im most pleased and would encourage everyone to shop with Target! He is the BEST!

Able to different things there and find out that the store has simpler things available for traveling and more.

Customer service, price, a large selection of items available to purchase. Joseph at your Hollywood location stands out and is head and shoulders above my previous customer service experience during a purchase. Kudos to Joseph in Hollywood, Florida!

The lines to check out were atrociously long. There is no reason, when checkout customers are waiting 10-15 deep, for every checkout not to be open. I waited over 30 minutes to reach the self checkout, and I noticed some people waiting in line for employee checkers waiting longer than I did. I have no intention to return to this Target store again, and in the future, if I enter a Target store and see customers waiting to check out, I will leave and select a different retailer, regardless of price. Target isnt so special that it is worth wasting my time to purchase an item there that I could buy anywhere.

This place has like 12 registers & continues to have only 1 or 2 registers with actual humans working to check you out. If you want to go to self checkout & wait 10+ minutes, then constantly need employee assistance (for any produce items & much more) then this is the store for you. I reeeally hope they change this system or Im going to start shopping elsewhere.

The place looks organized most of the time in spite of the lack of staffing, also i like it that its not overcrowded like walmart. They could improve waiting time adding more cash registers.

Was looking for confetti. Other targets do carry it. Website of store is poor at best. It kept defaulting to another store. I was in the store when it kept bring me to other store.They need more cashiers of kiosks.

Very easy to stroll place.

Sunday, April 11th, a robber used my debit card that he stole, along with my purse from my car, to purchase items. This is a known person that frequents this location with stolen cards. Management stated that they dont have security after certain hours! It was only 7pm! Very disappointed in the lack of empathy for my situation. Do better!

Target always has good products as reasonable prices. Their Up and Up products are great and under the cost of many similar brand name product prices.

I would usually give a 5 start rating for this store until I had an encounter with this so called lead cashier with the short man haircut with dry blond hair tips, I think her name is Karla? Anyways shes very unprofessional, has poor customer service skills and is very rude. What so called team leader would literally talk about a customer in their face and think I cant hear you. Rolling your eyes, and not caring to hear what I have to say to you? I seriously think your store needs to think twice before considering someone like that a team leader and she should be fired for that.

I like the layout of this target. It needs a little updating but they have all the essentials you need. It doesn’t get too crowded at this location and everything always seems organized. Plenty of parking as well. The staff are very helpful at this location.

Huge shout out to David!!! From the moment I walked into the store he gave me a genuine greeting. When i went to leave, it was pouring rain. He offered to bring out all of my groceries in the pouring rain and when i thanked him repeatedly, he just said its what we do. This target has a real winner working at your store. How can you run a business and not have one single cashier? They are all self scanning machines. Yet they have about 20 registers and not a single human being. So many people standing in line to self check out.

All the shopping carts were in the parking lot and none of the Associates tried to bring them in. Disgraceful

I always love shopping at target. I always find what I want at usually good prices. Great selection of bedding clothes toys and sporting goods. I also like the fact that I can pick up a few essentials for the fridge and not make 2 stops. The prices are a bit higher but worth the peace of mind

Wow! I cant believe how bad one store can be. My experience with Target is that they usually have a culture of being curtious and being helpful. This store however seems to follow the mantra of “if we ignore the customer maybe they will just go away”I had to go through about 4 people to get an associate who seemed unqualified to put in an online order (and was proven correct). When I contacted the store to inquire about the order, which I verified went through on my credit card, I was informed of several things that they could NOT do for me and was offered no solution for completing the order even after it was confirmed that the order was in the store.

I like their more open floor plan and good lightning. It is easy to see where all the items are located. I like the products they offer. I bought clothes there and appliances. It helps that they have Starbucks coffee shop inside. Huge parking lot so no problems parking. Place is not crowded and lines move fast.

Target is taking the pandemic seriously. They monitor people to ensure they are wearing masks; they are at the door cleaning carts coming and going; they maintain/insist on social distancing at the registers; the wait time is minimal with many registers open to speed the process and limit in-store time.

Had a bad experience at this location order 2 horizon milk grow and mother bliss almost 2 hour to be told there out of stock mean while app saying the got 6-8 in stock manager apologize I left my mother bliss did not make sense to wait and I have to drive 20-30 mins to another Target unorganized

What is the point of doing target pickup when they make you wait in the regular guest service line to get your item? Went to Hollywood store tonight 02/12 to pickup my order and the woman told me I needed to get in the regular refund/exchange line to pick up my order. There were (literally) ten people in line doing refunds. I could’ve just grabbed the item and scanned it myself through self check faster. Ended up leaving. I’ll pick up my order another day. Never doing target pickup again. This store is too unorganized.

This is THE WORST target Ive ever been to. First of all, they never have anything in stock. I work for a shopping service and its embarrassing to shop for my customers at this store because I always have to tell them that the items they asked for are out of stock. Second, the employees are so rude. They have so much attitude If you ask for help finding something or if you ask them to check for stuff in the back. Ive had an employee literally walk away from me and refuse to help me. Cant stand this place!

I love this target!! I go here about once a week and I always have a great experience. There was a girl there today that really took her time to help me out. Her name was Aracelli and she was really patient with me and even taught me how to use the target app! I was so impressed with her customer service, you don’t find people like this in customer service anymore. She was so positive and happy to be helping me too, it was so nice! 5 stars for Aracelli!!

I went to Target today and asked a rep where the cookie aisle was. She told me, I go look for them, don’t see them, walk around looking in other aisles. Same girl asked me what I was looking for, I told her and she checked on her work thingy, walks over to where it should be, scans the sticker where they go, out, since they were dos out, and tells me they got a box delivered today, to wait and she’ll go to the back.Comes back out 7 mins later with a few packs of the cookies I was so yearning. They’re called Thinsters. She made my day!I told her she went above and beyond and got her name. It was SHAKITA. I asked for a manager and they were in a meeting so I left my number. Didn’t get a call back, so I decided to give SHAKITA a big kudos for going above and beyond the call of duty. “THAT” is how it’s done! Target....promote her or give her a gift card, please! I love target and go to target very often. But this target does not have helpful employees. No one was at the self checkout line to help. The employees were talking amongst themselves. We had to look around for help. Also, the lady in the customer service was not helpful for my online order hence I canceled it.

I will like to say Sony was a real help and a pleasure to deal with. When I went to the store one of my items that I had order online was cancelled. I never received an e-mail or notification of any kind. Sony went out of her way to have an employee double check the item that was cancelled and she was able to find it. I feel like she went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciated all her help.

I Wanted To Call To Ask About An Item In The Store. One Of The Emplyoee’s Customer Service Skills Needs Some Work. She Answered And Ask “To Please Hold.” Before I Can Say Anything She Put Me On Hold. 15 Minutes Passed And I’m Still On Hold. Worst Service!

Why have self checkout if every purchase needs associate confirmation and takes 30 minutes

OVER PRICED. make sure to check your phone to ensure you are not over paying for things that are half priced else where AKA its your typical target. you can get what you need without going to several stores.

Each time Ive ordered things online and then picked them up in the store, I have had excellent customer service. You are very prompt in notifying me by email when the orders are ready for pick up and with only two exceptions ever, all of the items have been ready for me when Ive came to the store.

This Target was about what I would expect out of a Target, but it did have a few problems. The handicapped parking was a considerable distance from the door. There was a whole display of Miralax, but without any price. As much as I looked for another spot for the Miralax, I couldnt find one and finally had to ask a clerk for the price. The sheets were 15% off, but it rang up as full price. I thought that the total amount was too much and checked the receipt when I got to my car The sale price had not shown up. The service department person was quite nice in refunding the difference, but Im very glad that I checked before I got home. All in all the store was clean, well lit, and the check out lines were short.

Me and my mom age 55 went into this target and it was slippery between the return section and the cash registers and my mom slipped and was laying on the floor for a while and no one came to ask if she was ok. the staff is terrible. one customer offered to help but no staff came to helped and plenty staff had seen that she was on the floor when i looked around.

The person who took care of me at the counter today was extremely professional and saved me a lot of time. I love target already but she reminded me why :-). I think her name was Natania, I looked at her badge because I thought to myself, what a great asset this girls is to her employer... I was very impressed, all done with a natural kindness while she reminded me of all the returns rules and assisted me with my need hassle free! Just thought I d let someone know as I value the great work performance I witnessed today. Thank you Natania!

Great store with great staff. Everythings always very clean and organized. Really a pleasure to shop here every time. Target is certainly one of the best retailers around. They price match competitors and have a great return policy.

The item I have ordered has been received in excellent condition. It works very well and I am very happy with it.

Worst experience ever! Bought a robot vacuum that had a bad battery, went to the store to exchange it, they told me they did not have another one, I asked them for an online order and they said that they cant do that and that I had to do it through the app. I left as I downloaded the app but the price was way higher through the app, went back, spent 30 minutes trying to tell them that I wanted to match the price I purchased it for. All they did was left me waiting until it was time for the store to close. I did not try to go back anymore since it does not make any sense, when workers in the front desk see customers, they literally run away as if they were seeing monsters, they try to avoid you all the time and dont even make eye contact with you. The next 2 days I called them probably 5 times... but guess what.... Thats right, they never picked up any of the calls.

Since the remodel this year I am in love with this store. Display setups with product features, friendly staff. The only thing I miss is my Pizza Hut! There another Starbucks in the same shopping Plaza and two more within another block.... this is just unnecessary.
