I come here to do my lash lifts which can last from 4-6 weeks and I immediately love the layout and decoration of the place. Everything is clean, the staff is super friendly and will smile at you even if they do not know you, the room layout is super spacious too, they play relaxing music, the aroma is comforting, and I love how they offer women products in the restroom as well! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a lash tech and I will definitely be back!

I really had to take the time to recommend Camila! She works in this place and I am very fortunate that she was the one who was available to me when I needed my eyelashes (especially because it is on Sundays which is my day off). While she was talking to me she recommended a henna pigmentation for my eyebrows and it gave me confidence so I said yes and now I feel like I dont want to stop doing them. The day after my appointment I had a family dinner and I told her that I didnt know where to go to get my hair done and it was perfect because Empire has a beauty salon too! And there I discovered that Camila was the one who would take care of me since she is a professional cosmetologist! You really have to go to her and let yourself go! I got ombre brows done by Kira that tuned out amazing. She measured and drew them on, then explained the process. Im so glad I decided to get it done... I went in for an extension removal and lash lift and tint, for my first time. I asked a couple questions and was shown an After pic of a lash lift n tint that was amazing. When I was finished, I looked in the mirror and my lashes were worse than I’ve ever seen them. I asked the tech, if this was it. I was so disappointed. One eye’s lashes were slightly curled but not darker, the other’s had zero curl and not darker either. The tint might as well been clear.. I went to speak to the owner ( Barbara) and she said, “Well your right they are not noticeable because you don’t have enough lashes. The service can’t make lashes appear when you don’t have any.” I paid 90 for literally nothing no discount no sorry..just a “that’s how it is, the picture I showed you was of a girl that had really long lashes.” Seriously?? I even came back in after leaving, to ask if there was anything I could do. Ofc the answer was “Nope.”

I have let days go by since I had my service, two weeks to be exact.I went to Empire lash for the reviews I saw and camila took care of me! I felt very comfortable, and her service was so subtle that I fell asleep.I did a lash lifting and tinting and my eyelashes are intact !! She says that if I follow the recommendations it can last up to 3 months, they have very good prices for such excellent service, all the girls are mutually friendly ... I will return for sure, I recommend this place and Camilas service.

I booked a microdermabasion and lash extension service for the same day about one week in advance. I had to book a car rental to get to my appointments as Im a visitor here in FL. On the day of my appointments the owner, Barbara, cancelled my microdermabrasion because she forgot she had training. She said I could still come for my lash appt so I did. The owner was very impatient when asked questions. Like other reviewers mentioned, she assured me that all technicians were master artists. I dont know about you gals, but I dont allow just anyone to mess around with my eyes. I go to very reputable lash lounges. This so called master artist started taping down my lower lashes without a critical first step. NO CLEANSING around the eye area. The tape started coming off immediately rubbing against the inside of my eyes. I have oily skin and was wearing makeup. Its hot outside. She said we dont normally clean the area. I was in SHOCK. This was an academy training students????!!!!!! WOW. Its an essential first step... clean around the eyes before lashing to prevent infections. There were 2 other ladies in the room getting lashes, one was complaining her lashes were sticking together and the technician couldnt understand her because she didnt speak english!! I got up and walked away immediately. Poor customer service, unprofessional and unclean.

I went in for a lash lifting, it was my first time getting a lash lift so as a first time I like to know how it works and everything but no the lady did not explain to me what they will be doing and ok that fine I asked a couple questions. When she was finished I looked on the mirror and my lashes were the same I asked someone and they told me no I don’t see a difference. I went to speak to the owner ( Barbara) and she lied to me saying omg wow that are so lifted and I said no they are not and she said well your right they are not lifted because you don’t have lashes. First time getting lashes. Chiara was very sweet, professional and patient. The process was easy and exactly what they said. I first contacted them through live chat and they answered right away and eve had a spot available within 15 mins. Dont know how the lashes hold up but will update. The only thing i didnt like was that I was in a lul while she was doing it and almost falling asleep, super relaxed. I travel a lot of work and had just gotten back late last night,, so relaxing was key.. Then another client came in and was loud and talkative to her tech. Not her fault of course but it went from relaxing to I cant wait to get out of here because the client was loud and threw my vibe off. Private rooms would be much better. Other than that it was amazing and Chiara was definitely great! Oh 1 more thing either ask or bring a blanket. Gets cold. Lol

I had been extremely faithful & well tipping client for over a year. Even during the pandemic as soon as they reopened I was there. Loved the work Estefania did for my lashes and my facials were primarily done by Lesbia who left then Estefania took over. Normally great service but after a trip, all my lashes came out withIn a week. I called for a fill (NOT a free fill) and explained. Barbara the owner began interrogating me about why they fell out. I had no clue—I did nothing different. I’m an educator not an esthetican. So I told her I felt offended by her questioning. All I wanted was a fill, and not even a FREE fill. Then Barbara starts questioning me about my trip. I’m blown way. First of all, I NEVER told her where I was going. She found out from Estefania. She began telling me Mexico is dry so thats why my lashes fell out. I told her it was unprofessional for my lash person to discuss my business with anyone. And Tropical Storm Eta was there so it definitely wasn’t dry. Lol. Anyway she was extremely aggressive and offensive. Even after, because I am loyal I tried to book 3 separate appointments only to be lied to and ignored. It’s amazing after all the money I spent there I could be treated in such a way. (I have all the receipts and WhatsApp messages for proof.) Make sure you know where you’re spending your money and with who.
