Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! I made an appointment 2 weeks ago. I confirmed the address, and chose the location because I live down the street. I go there, and it is closed. I call the SAME number I called to make the appointment and was told I had no appointment. Then I get a call from apparently a different spa with the same name telling me I am late. The lady who called refused to take responsibility for the mix up and canceled my appointment. Of course I was angry because I confirmed the address when I made the appointmen. She tried to tell me there is another spa with the same name and it was all my fault! After I hung up, she called me back and rudely said, Look lady! All she talked about on the phone was how she didnt want me to leave a review. The rudeness and unprofessionalism was outrageous! Take your business to a spa that actually gives a care about their business and doesnt yell at customers for mistakes THEIR business makes!

This was a really great experience. Though my facialist didn’t speak English she did a great job overall. She took her time and was very gentle yet effective. I immediately noticed a difference afterwards. This was a very therapeutic experience and I would return.

The staff was nice and the place is very small and modest. The rooms are side by side. If you have anyone one either side that decided to have a conversations with the tech, they will disturb your peace! That was my issue, the woman and tech were talking about personal stuff and covid 19 and it sounded as if they were in the room with me. Also prior to leaving the staff decided to make popcorn... yes, so the smell of burn was all over the place. I personally like a zenful and relaxing spa, I go to relax especially while having a massage. On that note, the technique for the massage was not what I was expecting and unfortunately did not help with my shoulder or back pain as her focus was more about my digestive system. I unfortunately will not be going back.

Omg, theyre genius. I loved every second & my skin is restored. They have the most detailed treatment that attacks & removes even cystic acne. Thousands of dollars at a dermatologist & this was the fix all along

Nice place, very quaint, feels like youre at someones private residence. Had a signature facial, $ 50. Was a good experience and Ill be going back asap.

I’ve been going here for the past 2 years to get facials. I’ve suffered with acne and cyst on my face and you have no idea how much my skin has improved by coming here. This business needs more exposure and deserves to strive as a business. I am forever grateful. So happy with my results!

I had a collagen facial with microdermabrasion and the results are incredible!! I highly recommend Silvia, she is extremely knowledgeable, utilizes high quality ingredients and keeps the place super clean taking all necessary covid precautions :)

I’ve been seeing Silvia for 5 years now. She’s been wonderful since my first visit! She is very knowledgeable, and she will give you honest opinions about what will take place in office and your results. Everyone who works here is nice. The atmosphere is very calming, and she will even give you a mini massage with your facials. They do accept groupon promotions so please do not believe what @debbie grandma said in her review because that is completely false! Silvia you are awesome! Continue to be the person you are!

The ladies working there are very sweet. Jenny does an awesome facial but I am extremely disappointed in the “dry” pedicure I received. I should have never agreed to a pedicure that doesn’t soak your feet. I came in with dry skin in one corner of the toe that was hurting and left the same way. The cuticles were not pushed up and cut. I did that when I got home. The bottom of the feet looks awful since it wasn’t soaked and filed down. The pedicure was a waste ofTime & money. Going to see another pedicurist ASAP

I purchased a groupon for three facials and microdermabrasion. I was not dissapointed at all. She explained everything to me step by step and asked me questions about my routine.. my skin looks more moisturized then ever!!

Silvia never rushes clients, tailers the products to changes in my skin, and is flexible with scheduling.

I originally bought one micro-dermabrasion w/facial Groupon and was able to get an after work appointment, around 6:45 pm. The owner Silvia was the one who did my facial and it was really awesome. She took time to remove milia that had been bothering me. Micro-dermabrasion feels like sandpaper suction and I noticed a difference in the age spot/discoloration I had on my cheek. The products used are natural and smell good. In fact it smells really good when you walk in. I enjoyed it so much that I bought the Groupon for 5 micro-dermabrasion facials and have already gone back. The best part is that she allowed my daughters use them too. I love this place, Silvia is awesome and I plan to get her special of 3 massages for $150.... me and both daughters .... perfect!!
