Old man in the front was very rude when I asked him about my hair color type. He said if you don’t know then I don’t know. Then preceded to tell me it’s a 4 when I couldn’t remember if it was a 1b or 2. I dropped the whole basket of stuff and left. I spend too much money in this place for his unprofessionalism. Spoke to me like that in front of my 3 kids. My teenage daughter looked at him like he was crazy. I left before I got rude with him. It’s not worth it. TERRIBLE!

The older man is very rude, I picked up some magnetic lashes and place them back on the rack after asking another customers opinion about them. Walked to the back to get edge control and once to the register. He asked what did I do with the lashes, accused of putting them in my fannie pack. I open my belongings to let him see, and afterwards left the store.

They had mostly what we needed. People working there are very nice

The retail sales person was not up to date on products. The guys had a very bad attitude with me. Very bad business I will spread the word, dont shop there.

They have a great selection of beauty needs. The shoes r cute and cheap, and the makeup selections are huge. Lots of lashes too. What I like most is they offer help and leave you alone to shop. I like to do my beauty shopping in peace. Its the spot for sure

Have nice wigs, The prices are more expense than other beauty supplies shops I have frequent in the surrounding area. Rating a 3 do to high prices, and no customer service. You are on your own no one to help you. Only a cashier.

STOP!! DONT GO IN THERE!!!! When the lady is there, she follows you around and thinks you are stealing. The guy is usually there. He is okay. The customer service sucks. If you buy something from them that is defective, they dont want to do an exchange. Overall they will never get my money again.

I had a bad experience tbe first time but the second time i visited witch was today oct 26, 2018. The guy in there was very helpful and has alot of pacients. Alot of vatiety of hair n nail polish and hair care products. Clean enviotment.The prices are decent. Never complained bout them. Store is 2 streets from my house so very convenient location . located on Hollywood bvld. Kinda close to wallmart.
