Very nice lady that helped me.

On Saturday and Sunday Ryans there and hes a very nice young man. But during the week all the women that work there cannot speak English. I was in there once and I had to pick up the phone and answer in English to whoever was on the phone. They couldnt understand the English phone call. Its very hard to communicate with them. I think you should have somebody that speaks bilingual.

Took a friend there to get some things she seemed happy.

I never give five stars but this location has helpful employees they helped me find what I was looking for and were very nice I would come back

Awesome CosmoProf. There aren’t very professional only beauty supply places around. Even though I have to drive pretty far from my own home...whenever I’m out this way I make a point to stop at this store. The ladies that work there are always so sweet and ready and willing to help as much as they can. This weeks visit was a little out of the ordinary because I didn’t bring in my membership card. I always have my cosmetology license on me though. So during my check out process the cashier asked me for my phone number (now keep in mind...since I’ve had my cosmetology license- my phone number has changed a ZILLION times.) However, none of the numbers I gave to her were valid. My suggestion is to make sure you go online first and make sure all your information is up to date and maybe call the company and ask for a new pro card to be sent to you with your new info attached- that way you don’t have to go through any extra hassle or waste time.

Ok prices, clean store, they respect social distancing but they do not offer the typical discounts or sale/reward programs other stores do.

I love this store, it is my candy store.Always get to try New Stuff with they free Samples At chech out.

All your hair needs. There was only one time I couldnt find what I needed.
