**first of all i dont want to blame anyone i just want to note about something suspicious that happen to me there today**I came there to install two front tires that i got from somewhere else when i almost finish the installation i found a metal(back tire) that was look like it was inserted there by someone.1. The piece of metal was looking clean and without any dirty on2. It wass looking very straight for something you drive on with all the car weight on, after i left there and i got home (short distance) its start to bend3.the guy there told me i cant fix it and i have to replace the tire.4.the angle that the piece of metal came from doesnt make sense i drove over it.I dont know if someone there did it, i confronted the employees there and they deny it, i cant prove anything just want to raise awareness.I added a photo

I came here to get a second opinion after Lipton Toyota told me I had $1600 worth of brake work that needed emergency/immediate attention. I dont usually write reviews, but I want to say Thank you, Michael - I felt like my own dad was telling me what I should probably get done and what I DIDNT need done. My car feels brand new and its been a pleasure to deal with this location. I saved myself $1300 coming to this Firestone.I see some negative reviews, but Ive been here about 4 times now and I just havent had a bad experience yet or been unhappy with services rendered. Ask for Michael or Daniel they will take care of you. I would rather come here than deal with the way overpriced, dishonest, and aggressive dealership folks. Thanks again! xoxo

This place honestly doesn’t even deserve one star. I took my vehicle in for a air conditioning diagnostics, they refilled with refrigerant and said they did a dye test and said it was no leaks and everything was good. One week later my air is blowing back hot, so I took it in again. They claimed it was now my evaporator that was bad and they DON’T do they type of work. So why would y’all charge me for an A/C diagnostic if y’all can’t properly fix the issue? $400 bucks down the drain for nothing!

Great first time experience, I needed to get a synthetic oil change for 2 of my vehicles and I was in a hurry to go pick up my kids from school. Brian got me out on time and was very professional and polite. Thank you again.

Long wait and while waiting I heard all the prices that were given for repairs and cant say it was reasonable. After having my car repaired I noticed my hood wasnt fully latched when I got on the expressway. If I didnt see it, it would have flipped over.

They deserve no star i went there as a woman driver complaining about the problem i am having with the car they told me they were going to do a diagnostic / inspection on the car to find the problem. They call me telling me that something was wrong with the brake caliberTake it to another mechanic they told me its the spark plug which i fix and have no problem now so clearly they did not drive the car .i cant believe this is how the world is now. I used to reside in Hollywood, FL and lived less than two miles from this location. I now live in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, about twelve miles away and I drive here because of the great service I receive from the manager, Shawn Spencer and his team. Shawn must employed here 15 years or more. Which is rare for any business these days.Today, I needed a tire and had a 7:30AM appt. Since the manager knows me, he immediately brought me up in the computer, took my keys, moved my car to the garage exterior and got it jacked up. I probably wont be here more than 30 mins.The plus of doing business with Firestone Complete Auto Care is that Im covered at all 1600 of their locations nationwide. You cant say that about every auto repair business!

I had a good experience here. Liz the attendant that too care of me was great. She was professional and knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable. I am glad they have a women working the front desk.My experience was smooth and easy. Everyone was great. One thing that bothered me was that everything is done electronically but no one is cleaning the key pads or the electric pencil periodically. I noticed a bottle of disinfecting stuff but it was behind the glass barrier on the opposite side. Its for the workers. Not accessible for the customers after they use the credit card machine or electric pencil.This place is one of the few places that are open early on a Sunday. That makes this place very convenient to me.

Very nice place and very nice people. I came in because one of my tires got a tear in the edge of the sidewall and was leaking badly. They looked up my size and gave a good deal. Unfortunately I was not able to wait for delivery. They pumped up my tire and wished me a good day. I would recommend this place for service. 👍

This company playing games with giving you discount. 2 days ago before I had my oil change gave me the estimate of $70. I went back there to actually do my oil change and charge me $80, I told him that is not the estimate you gave me and he went again calculated it for me and gave me 15% discount it bring down my price to $74 total including tax. Then after oil change I was about to slide my card and told me your bill is $84 +tax. I said WHAT that is not what you gave me earlier. I said never-mind this will be my last here. And they broke my radio. When I brought my car to them my car was completely fine I dont hear any buzzing noise or anything. I brought it back to them after they change my shocks. And they told me the problem of that noise coming from radio. But I never hear it coming from radio it sounds coming from wire motor.

I took my car in for a brake job. While it was there they took off the passenger door panel and put sheet metal screws in it. My door wouldnt open until I took it to a garage where they discovered the problem. I was livid and will never go back to Firestone.

HANDS DOWN BEST FIRESTONE! They’re always nice, always give me coupons and discounts without asking, fix work or take my car whenever I need something done. They’re always super busy but really find time. Always nice too. They did a very expensive service for me for free! Free! All because the sound wasn’t there when I dropped it off. Recently, about 3 week ago I went to this location which Ive been going to for the past 20 years to get an oil change and tires rotated,.They said alright and its going to be 3 hours. So I left and about an hour later they called me. The two front tires are not the same. You should get new ones. I told them I just replaced them 7 months ago, what could be the problem? I told them to please not do that. Shortly after that, they called me that the car is ready. So when I got there I asked to see what the problem was with the tires. They said the DOT number is different. One tire was made in 2014 and the other was made in 2016, but both were perfectly OK. That was done, so I paid and we left. About 2 blocks down, the engine was smoking. I opened the hood and I see the firewall insulation (thats right in front of the cabin and behind the engine), was basically all ripped off and hanging down which was also falling on to the manifold which caused the smoke. I went to back and I spoke to the service manager, Melisa, and she said that this is the way I brought the car here. She called the mechanic to show him what happened. He barely spoke English and he just laughed and walked away from the car. I told them I need to call the police to make a police report. He turned back and said, call whoever you want. and walked away. The service manager kept saying there is nothing they can do about this. Funny enough, she said that the cover holding the insulation was falling down, SO he took it off and that its all back their in our parking lot.. Not sure if she realized what she said. After all this, she walked back to her office and never saw her again. I called the company about this case. I could only reach customer service in which they told me that the region manager would contact me within 72 hours and the claims department would contact me within 3-5 days (not including Saturday and Sunday). However, I never received a call back from either one of them. One more thing, when, I looked at the mechanic shirt, it doesnt have the certified mechanic patch on the shirt. So they really arent even mechanics. Thats why they do such a barbaric job. The person who didnt even speak English very well, messed up my car. Just a fair warning, please watch out for this place and who youre giving your car to. PLEASE.

Went to Firestone to ask what it would cost to get a motor mount. The guy in the waiting room was rude and just said no to me. Very creepy.evidently a member of asholian tribe.dont go there they are silly

😣Not Honest or Trustworthy 👎company as a whole. My family traveled to Florida on vacation. Went to Firestone in Gainesville, Fl to get oil change and tire repair for a slow leak. After over a 2 hour wait it was repaired. When I left I noticed that the car now pulls to the right. The low pressure light came back on within a few hours. Nothing I can really do about it now because we just stopped for service and not headed to South Florida. The next day the tire was flat. We took it to Firestone in Hollywood, FL. I was charged for another flat tire repair in the same tire. 2nd Firestone stated the tires were over inflated. 😫 I was told that they were giving me a deal since the other store didnt find the other nail. I had to wait another hour. I was also told that the tire they patched does not any sign of repair. So did they ever fix the leak in the 1st place? My family is on our way to go on vacation. I just paid so we can make our cruise on time. BUYER BEWARE⚡. I now have 3 sensor lights on. Sales guy stated they should go off after I drive for awhile. I attaching pictures of the flat, my stranded family in front of the store, and the sales book they use to upsale customers. Sales rep said the company has a goal of $250 our customer. Every customer gets upsold on services. It is a business but kind of suspect if every customer NEEDS repair or maintenance work. Harvey founded the company on honestly. Profits seem to Trump honesty. NOT HONEST 😖Update: 3 sensors went off like the sales guys stated.

COMSUMERS, LISTEN UP!I arrived on Saturday, recieved a quote on an alignment and found out my front and back shocks and some other work that agreed to have done to my car. Now before I go on, I want you consumers to know that my service there was pleasant. Im not rating there customer service. Im rating the very next morning walking out to my car to find a flat tire and leak in my radiator. Not even 24 hrs had past. Im unable to accuse or blame anyone because theres no proof. And one can only hope and pray that life just shows up sometimes. And it would be unthinkable to think that a buissness would be capable of that Im going to pay.my 1000.00 credit line off and I dont think I will be back there. Customer service excellence award by my standards!!I went for an oil change, chose this place precisely because of the reviews and its location; thought that while the car received service we could go on a walk by Youngs Circle. But........Something happened and while walking I received a call something had gone wrong with the car prior to the oil change (I will omit the details because its not important). In conversation with Brian, excellent, and I mean what a great guy, said they would fix the problem. And though it was a hassle, and a headache, the problem was fixed. And the kicker is that he didnt really have to say anything, I wouldnt have noticed, at least not right there and then, maybe eventually, it was too minor to be noticed right away.The point is He and the company he represents were honest, and I appreciate that. Both him and Sean, and everyone else was very cordial, professional, and on point when it came to timing.I will, without hesitation return to Firestone!

Was about to take my kids to school when I noticed the left back tire on my truck was flat. After getting my kids to school in another vehicle, I carefully drove my truck to this Firestone location, which was closest. On the corner of Hollywood Blvd. & Dixie Highway, you can receive maintenance, repairs, and tire services on your vehicle. Theres a small waiting room with a flat screen tv and complimentary coffee. The Service Advisors are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in providing the best service at reasonable prices.As I pulled up to the garage and entered the building, I was greeted by one of the auto care advisors, Luis, and let him know that I needed air in my tires. Within ten minutes, the technician noticed and showed me a nail embedded in the left back tire and advised me to get it replaced. Though it was a bit busy, they was able to take me in and get the tire fix within an hour. I also had an alignment done. Luis provided satisfactory customer service in keeping me informed on the service and the estimated time of completion. Thank you Firestone!

My husband uses this place all of the time. I stopped by for an oil change and the place was packed. I stopped briefly in front of the bays and tried calling to see how they wanted me to drop off my truck. My assumption was that they would take some time to get to my vehicle. No answer! When I got out to go inside I could hear their phone ringing throughout the bays.... no one answered and asked me to hold or anything. I get it you are busy. But at least be considerate to people who are trying to give you their business. I left my keys in my vehicle with it running thinking at least my friend could move it if needed. As I am speaking to my friend from outside of the car I could hear them not answering the phone. Bottom line is that I wasnt up for the debate with the mechanic about why I couldnt park my car in front of the bays. And when I asked where he suggest I park he didnt offer any suggestions or any held only reiterated about not being able the part where my car was currently positioned. The problem is that someone drove up got out of there car while I was standing there and no one said anything. I really hope that this location is solution oriented for their future customers Because I definitely will not be going back.

Beware! I was quoted a very high price for two front wheel bearings. I originally took my car in due to the noise I was hearing while driving. After I received the quote for the two front wheel bearings I decided to get a second opinion. I took my car in somewhere else and come to find out it was my rear wheel bearing and hub. So, I essentially saved myself over $700 worth of unnecessary work. Car is running perfectly now. I understand franchises will be more expensive but I would expect to be given honest information.

I left my ford explorer for a flat tire, 3.5 hours they requested to fix it! I agreed because i want my problem solve, i picked it up and after 2 hours my tire was low AGAIN!! How can you explain that Firestone CANNOT fix a tire???

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!After 5 years as a customer, went in this morning because the check engine light went on. Was told it take 2 hrs and $100 to diagnose the problem . Left and went to a local mechanic who connected a hand held computer found the problem in 30 seconds and fixed it in another minute. You will never see me again and I will tell everyone I know NOT to go near your place of businessPS It cost me a $10 tip

Had A /C fixed there and they did a good job. Except for a few missing screws from my plastic cover over motor and dirty windshield. They did a good job. Manager was nice had everything fixed.

I went in yesterday for an oil change and to get my tires balanced. The guy at the front did not look happy I was coming in at 10 mins after 5 even though what I needed done was very simple. I was told first to wait and see if they had time because they close at 7. Hmmm. Then the guy asked me what oil I had and recommended synthetic. Ok. I agreed to it. Just to be told my oil change would be $92. I also agreed to that I knew it was too high but I needed the oil change. He told me my tires were old and I needed all new 4 and brakes and rotors and acted like he was saving me money by Recommending I dont get my tires balanced because there is no point. I left with a paper estimating my repairs at 2000$. Today I went to a tire shop that said I dont need tires and charged me 25$ to balance my tires. Which completely fixed the problem I was having of my truck shake. I have never in my life felt so cheated by a grumpy old salesman that has no drive to complete his job successfully with 2 full work hours left. Disgusting. FYI they are rip off artists and want to charge me almost 1000 just to get brakes and rotors front and back. Get real. I got an estimate of 260 for all 4. STAY AWAY FROM THESE MONEY GRUBBERS. !!!!!

This place has helped me out so many times when I needed an oil change or had a flat tire. They are relatively fast when working on my car. I have not had to wait longer than 1 hour and 30 mins. Super friendly staff and while you wait you can watch some TV to pass the time by if you get bored you are across the street from downtown Hollywood which are filled with things to do to pass time. Very disappointed with how I got my car back last time I went there. They did what they had to do with my tire but left the handle of my car full of Car grease. My car is still new, a little over year, never have I had my car handle this dirty and considering that now they should be more cautious about putting their hands all over the inside of a car with COVID out there, it’s very disturbing.

Have generally gotten great service here as a customer for the past year and a half! They dont do more complicated maintenance (transmissions, etc.), But they are fairly priced for oil changes and such, generally can get me in same day (unless it is the weekend). Convenient location, can walk downtown Hollywood across the block if you want to kill some time.

I called to my Service, where Im usually go with my car needs, but they told me to come back after holidays. Thank God, that my friend remind me about Firesone and I go to them. Just moved here from Baltimore and I always use Firestone. Took my car in for a oil change. Staff was very friendly and professional. They gave me an estimate and a price and once they were done they called me before they said they would. I was late to pick up my car and it was very close to closing time, but Mike waited for me to show up and allowed me to pick up my car. This place was great. I would recommend them.

It was an excellent experience. Michael who took care of me was very helpful. I just went in for a price quote. I had a blow tire n also rim needed to be replaced. He apologized for that since they do not sell those. But he was kind enough to recommend a place. I went there purchased the rim n returned to firestone n purchased the tire which i wasnt planning on doing so today. His professionalism sealed the deal for me. Will definitely be a repeat customer. If you go in for something simple, you may be diagnosed with a larger repair that isnt needed. I went in to get my wheel balanced, but they then said I needed to pay over $1,000 to get all of my motor mounts replaced. I double checked with the Lexus dealership where I had gotten my motor mounts replaced recently and they confirmed that I didnt need to get them done again.

I ordered tires, installation and alignment on the phone. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted timely and at pick up there were no hidden costs and my car was ready. I am going back for another alignment, as I paid a few dollars more for free alignments for the life of the tires. I was given the appointment date and time I wanted. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Brought in my Honda Accord for service - Started just with an oil change which was priced right ($52 for synthetic oil) and thereafter it blew up for an estimate of over 600$ service which seem very high - . after taking it to a different mechanic I learned that Firestone were up-selling me on things which were not necessary like rotors and also were overpriced ....for example $42 for an Air filter.... the other mechanic did the job for a way lower price. shop around people - find a mechanic which you trust so there will be less guessing and less getting hit by shrewd mechanics ....

I am giving Firestone of Hollywood and particularly the manager, 5 Stars for not fixing my tire.My Alfa picked up a screw in the tire. I went to Firestone first thing in the morning. The salesperson had a mechanic look at it. He said Sure, I can fix it As I was giving the salesperson my info, the manager walked over. He told me there was another tire shop a mile or so away that was much better equipped for my type of wheel.It is rare to find a business that puts their customer first, to the point they recommend you go elsewhere if they feel theyre not a perfect fit.

Im sure some people are shocked/bitter about finding out their car needs a ton of work, but these guys are straight shooters (and youre always free to shop around).Ive been going to them for a year and a half and have always received great service and quick turnaround. One time during an oil change they patched up a leaky tire for free ... another time they recommended new tires (long overdue) then gave me free balancing and offered lifetime alignment for a reasonable price.

You guys are a plague literally scum of the earth. Came to you with a tire I told you was low on pressure and was advised it’s a “small leak that you could feel”. You than proceeded to tell me a car that is 3 months old and certified from a dodge dealer has worn out tires and dry rotted. You even measured all my tread and told me they are as low as a 2. If you weren’t so greedy and full of it, you could have probably checked for 13 seconds and found a huge nail in my rear tire that I complained about and probably had me buy a tire. Fast forward at dodge, go in there angry thinking my tires are worn out, show me the treads at a 7. Interesting right? Guy says hold on did the sales guy put it heee and shows me exactly how he did and got it to measure a 3. These guys are crooks like no others. Chances are your tires are probably fine. I’d tell you to go to anywhere but these shady people. Go to your neighbor even, they’d probably be more honest. You should be so ashamed of yourselves and put out of business. Micheal was friendly amd awesome. I went in for an oil change amd he had me out in less than an hour and made some recommendations as to what my car needed. They have free coffee, magazines, tv, and a small area for kids. It was a great experience! I just love that they are open 7 days a week! Mechanic Ryan was awesome and left a sticker reminding me when is my next oil change. Good prices if you use the coupons! Thanks Firestone!

Called to ask Adam a price for acwhheel balance. He was rude on the phone and even worse in person!! Couldnt seem to understand I needed one wheel balanced because the stock on weights fell off. After explaining which wheel it was twice he finally made his way thru the difficult task of using the computer. Took my keys and went directly to the opposite wheel that I told him!! He came back and told me my tires were cracked and I needed a new set. They arent cracked. At the end no thank you just handed me the receipt. Ive dealt with the other counter guy too hes rude also. These guys have no customer service skills and could care less if you do business there. Also they made fun of people who left and didnt want their services. Place was empty and they told one guy a hour and a half for an oil change. I will never go back and I would recommend you go some place else also. If I could give no stars I would have!! There are plenty of other places that would appreciate your business!!

Ive been going to this location for almost two years. Never had any problems. There were two employees before that always provided outstanding service. Now they have this new person Adam that is rude, will lie, and will constantly try to upsell you. This location was never extremely busy so I did a drop in recently. Adam said he could not service the car and scheduled me for the next day at 12. I asked him if he had an earlier time. He did not. The next day when I came in for the appointment, he tried to turn me away saying I told him I had no time. No ... I only asked you if you had an earlier appointment. I had brake service done but my brakes are still squealing. I tolerated him just to get my work finished but I will now be taking my business elsewhere. I will also check at a different place if they actually replaced the brakes for new ones or not. I feel bad for the workers. They seem to be decent people. One of the guys that used to provide good service is walking around with his head down and never talks anymore when this Adam person is around. For anyone else affected, I think you can also leave a review with corporate.

Fair priceing and friendly service

The staff is honest and professional always keeping in mind your budget when unexpected expenses are found. I ended up having to pay double what I planned but they ensured everything was 100 percent before I left and were able to complete multiple work requests on my car including replacment parts in less than 5 hours.

When I walked in I stood there by the counter and watched a guy (not giving a name)behind the register working on the computer. This all took about 2 mins which seems long when your not being acknowledged. He didnt say hi and he didnt even look up. It was funny that he said, how can I help you and didnt even look up. He didnt seem happy and didnt give a genuine customer service vibe. I spoke with Shawn a few times prior to actually coming in and although he seemed busy he was polite enough. I give 3 stars since Shawn was the only one that was accepting to servicing an Uber car. Most other shops gave the run around. This rating is before picking the car. I imagine things will be fine. Thanks.
