Searched for a certain truck, and found one at DK Auto. I spoke with David multiple times before driving 3 hours to assure the truck had NO engine problems before I wasted a day driving there. He said it was an older vehicle so little things may need to be maintained over time (agreed) BUT assured me NO ENGINE PROBLEMS MULTIPLES TIMES before going there. I made the trip to purchase the truck. Drove back home and in a week was told I needed a new hub bearing.I called David and told him it needed tires (hasn’t had new ties since 2011) and the hub and he said he wouldn’t pay for it and to order the part cause he’s obviously cheap. I then asked for $300 toward it and he said yes (still have every text) and then never sent it and waited until the 30 day warranty was up so he could get by it. I then took it to Tuffys auto to go through it for a day and Tim who is great honest mechanic said take the truck back because the computer is reading NUMEROUS FAULTS!The reason it was not reading is because I was told the check engine wiring was DISCONNECTED/CUT to prevent any engine readings on the truck. He then told me a engine light doesn’t require a plug in or wire. Explain to me ANY LIGHT IN THE WORLD that doesn’t require a wire or plus in to LIGHT!!! He then said to bring it back and he could put me something else at same price OR HIGHER!! I did text him and thought if doing that, but then I thought I’ll never get any other car from DK Auto. I now am taking this matter to someone to deal with as this is one of the most shady, slimiest, con artist thing you can do to ANYONE! Stay far away from this place, it’s a place of consumer fraud!

Please avoid this place. Hands down one of the worst car dealerships in the Hollywood area. They all lie and cheat. They donot care about you or understand how stressful it is to make a car purchase. And the worst part is they will say over and over again that they do. They only care about lining their pockets. Do you really want to do business with people like that?

This place for sure is a big scam, be very careful with their posts on Facebook .Print the Facebook post before you go there .They will try whatever they can to run your credit before anything. The lack of education is incredible. Also rude .

STAY AWAY. I should’ve read more of the bad reviews first. Do not trust any of the members at DK Auto. They lie and cheat you out of your money. Donot trust them to service your car, donot give deposits, donot take the buy here pay here scheme they offer. Do your research first. Read the other negative reviews!

Great people and service! Highly recommend this dealership, never had such a positive and informative car buying experience. I purchased the BMW for my dad. Highly recommend asking for Emma and David. They answered all my questions and were quick to get back to me all the time, car buying is so stressful but they made us feel comfortable and confident prior to us coming down, we live about 2 hours away.

So far this dealership is living up to the negative reviews I have read online. They never answer the phone and will never all you back or answer texts or emails. Have tried for 5 days now. Its pretty sad. Iam a dealer myself and can always find the time to answer or talk on the phone before or after a sale. Its very shady practice. Will update on how vehicle is when its shipped to me. lucky being a dealer we can arbitrate any misleading or lies.Update as of 6/5/21. cars still in shop. been 2 months so far. car does not run has tons of electrical issues. Probably the most unprofessional people Ive ever dealt with. Talked with an attitude and became very cocky, especially when theyre slapping on the hidden fees that are not talked about.Buttom line, stay away. There are plenty of other dealership out there that will treat you with respect and dignity and not like theyre doing you a favor .that person who claimed to be the GM (you never talk to the GM, you talk to a Sales manager so that was a lie) should be Frieden the spot.Id rather walk for the rest of my life, than buy a vehicle from them . I went to see a vehicle I saw online. There were 50 photos of the vehicle on their website, so I felt confident in its condition. When I got there, though, it was not as pictured. It was tattered and damaged in ways clearly contradictory to the photos (which I realized were very old pics). I find this a demonstration of dishonesty. I believe that if a business would do this, then how can I know whats true and what else is a lie?

I bought 2014 x5 from the dk auto sale, and david help me get the best price with affordable financing.

I would not recommend purchasing the vehicle if you do not live in the area and cant fully check it out. The truck is good shape yet the A/C didnt work and there were absolutely no bulbs in the headlights. Was told there was no rusting, complete rust on all visible pipes.

Everything went out perfect with my first car buy. Being Ia first time driver and having not much experience,I was very nervous about what car to buy and the condition of the vehicle.Jerry Abraham was an AMAZING representative, taking A LOT OF his time explaining to me the car history, and making sure my doubts were clarified. Stay away. Bought a car from them over a month ago and they still havent given me my permanent tag. Temporarily tag expired and Ive called, email, and stopped by. The receptionist keeps telling me that the person that handles that isnt in (everyday for over a week). So... I dont know how theyre selling cars because apparently this one person needs to be there for anything to happen. I cant go to work because I dont have a tag! Im losing more money than this car is worth. Shady dealer. Stay away. Dont make my mistake.

For such great reviews, this place is fake. Look at the reviews, all from a Google User of some sort. Theyre fake accounts to give businesses 5 stars. Tap on their name and see the reviews they leave for other businesses, some of the accounts even leave them for other auto dealers, almost as if they were buying a car every month. Fake and shady. I emailed them and they take days to reply and they wont even answer your questions. Shady place, stay away, 4 stars mean nothing.UPDATE: I did go by to look at a car and then looked at a couple others. Im not sure if these cars all have the same history or not, but the ones i saw were in poor shape, some even looked like they were from the most recent hurricane. All these cars should be deemed flooded and/or totalled.

Check car fax before purchase! They list vehicles as having clean titles when in reality they dont. They have a 2008 F150 listed with a clean title listed. I ran a car fax which stated BRANDED TITLE due to an odometer issue. I personally talked to David on the phone before I ran the car fax and he stated the vehicle had a clean title and clean car fax. I was about to drive 100 miles to purchase this vehicle. I am glad I did my own research before wasting my time. Just be honest with customers, itll serve you much better in the long run.

Terrible dealership. I drove down almost 3 hours to come and look at a car, and when I got there they said they did not have the car and that it was in their bosses garage. They wanted to negotiate price, application, everything else without me ever actually putting eyes on the car. This place was as big of a scam as can possibly be. Do not go here. I also requested a Carfax report which they did not want to provide until we got to the dealership.

As is the usual with used car salesmen, sleazy, liars and cheats. Evidenced by their bought and fake Google reviews. Clicking on these reviews leads to profiles which have apparently bought dozens of cars all across the country. Buy a car here if you like to have your time wasted (for us it was two months), or if you like being lied to and avoided when you call.Considering filing a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. Absolutely disgraceful, and a shame that I didnt catch the fake reviews before going.

He is a great sales person, the girl at the desk was nice as well. I feel that the other gentleman handling the finance aspect was a little pushy and did not really have a concern for me but more for the sale....Which really was one of the reasons I did not make a purchase. They did however provide ALL the info on the car and had a carfax history report.

Worst car buying experience of my life - very shady people work here especially manager. Place is dirty and dank. The listings are not as advertised!!! Odometer had nearly 2x the mileage (they tried to slip this by me) and did not have any of the premium features they said it did over the phone.
