Awful! Absolutely terrible! I bought a used car, paid extra $95 card processing fee to cash it out and drive it off the lot immediately. First, I had to stop for gas, as it had an empty tank. I barely drove it 5 miles when it began to overheat. I spent over 2 hours and $40 to limp it 25 miles to my house. I had to take off from work the next day to try to return it. The overheating indicator came on within 1.5 miles as did the check engine light. The salesperson finally agreed to have it towed back to their mechanic which took until the following evening. It has been over a week and I am still without the car. I have paid insurance, fluid costs, card processing fee, cashed the car out with taxes, and took time off from work, in addition to finding alternative transportation and I cannot get a straight answer as to when the car will be returned. Furthermore, the salesperson has not once reached out to me - it is always me calling or texting, most of the time without response.

Horrible customer service once you buy a car from them they do not respond to your phone calls anymore if they see you calling the dealership they ignore your phone calls been 31 days and I still cannot get my tag right now my paper tag is about to expire and they would not respond to me if you can avoid doing so please do not do business here doing business with them was the worst car buying experience of my life their objective is just to get the finance company to pay them once theyre paid they dont care about you when you enter their establishment you are not a customer youre just a bag of money to them
