This is a great store. The customer service superb, salesperson very helpful. I was shopping for a FILA Jacket for my granddaughter. They didnt have the jacket she wanted at this location, but the sales staff advised a visit to the Pembroke Lakes Mall which turned out to be great advice. He mention if they had the jacket he could have searched by skew number. I purchased the jacket at the childrens Footlocker in the Pembroke Lakes mall.

The place is clean and the associate were courteous and kind

I came in with a strict budget and two kids who wanted sneakers. Chris was very courteous and helpful in finding shoes that fit both my sons feet and my budget. Then my 5 year old daughter started crying and Meghan, lovely smart kind sweet and beautiful person that she is was able to.find us a coupon that made the price right for both pairs of kicks. Thank you both so much for taking excellent care of me and my kids. You two are great! Highly recommend this footlocker on taft!!!!

Great store ! Found a few good deals and just what I was looking for. Every time I shop for my tennis shoes they are always over priced. The ones I found were reduced so it was a win for me. No need to keep searching for a better deal. Thanks for the great service as well.

I came to this Footlocker at 10:15am because it I needed to purchase something for my daughter before she left on a field trip. Yes it was a last minute this but I don’t understand why I waited till 10:30am and still no one was there. I think if a business says they will open at 10:00am then they should open at that time especially being a very big company like this. I seen an employee sitting in the car outside. Someone needs to address this issue. I think it’s very unprofessional.

The store is clean, staff wasnt bad either. I do suggest for woman with feet size 11 (like me) or up, to have a backup store in mind. They have had maybe 2 styles in my size ever. So they say I have to order it off line which means I dont get it the day I want it. Maybe that size is not a very popular one but I would think they could at least have a few more styles Maybe only order 1 pair of the size 11. Just my opinion.

The selection is pretty slim, and I had a weird thing happened to me there. They sent someone to guard the door after I walked in, made me feel some type of way.

Very poor customer service and rude staff. I was the only customer in the store but yet somehow the employee was acting overwhelmed and as if I was bothering her. Will not get into the details of the horrible experience but basically she was very rude and unapologetic for it. When I told her I was calling corporate she said go ahead and she doesnt care if I spend my money here.

Could get shoes up to date, but for your basic shoe needs this store is great.

Walked in and greeted the young man at the register. He ignored me. I walked around for 15 minutes looking for a particular shoe and he was texting the entire time and NEVER asked if I needed help. Frustrated I walked out and called corporate. Customer service is TERRIBLE !
