I go to this goodwill all the time as I live across the street. I found a Black and Decker Power drill on the shelf for 5 dollars, not sure if it works or not. I brought it up to the register and the lady said hold on went to the back and changed the price to 10 dollars at the register and said well it was marked at $15 someone took the 1 off and insinuated that I did. I tried to rub it off with my fingers to show her it wasnt that easy...I have been going to Goodwill for 20 plus years and this has never happened to me. You dont make your customers feel like crooks in front of everyone, not for a measly $5. I am going to file a complaint with BBB.

This is not your mothers thrift store, all you have to do is check out the photos. How about I walked in with $20, and was able to get at least 10 times that amount in value. Now thats what I call a Sound Investment, and a great way to continue the trend of recycling, as well as treasure hunting in your own backyard. Conveniently located, with easy accessibility, plenty of parking, and a safe neighborhood, you cant go wrong with Goodwill superstore!

Dont be deceived by the name. Its pretty much a clothes shop with a few pieces of furniture and a few shelves of miscellaneous items. Not a superstore.That said, the place is kept very clean and neat. Staff are okay. Not mean, but not exactly outgoing. They did offer help carrying a table to my car.

Ive been at the Goodwill Superstore looking for some China or pottery articles. It was not a lucky day. Found a lot of glass articles, some cooking and baking pots and sheets. A large amount of clothing and accessories. Not so many shoes. Very few articles for bedrooms, like dressing tables, beds or night tables. It made me a good impression because it was very tidy and clean.

I love this store! It is well organized, which is convenient as they dont maintain a large workforce there. The prices are fair, and I almost always find weekday Im looking for there.

Checkout was incredibly quick and smooth and they have ample fitting rooms. Plus most sizes are in the correct position unlike many thrift stores

Helping your friend looking for some furniture they have a lot of nice stuff the price was a little higher than I was expecting for a Goodwill but she seemed pretty happy and she bought a few things the clothing prices are pretty low do they do have a lot of different stuff if youre looking to furnish a house

Some of the prices are retail prices. Lower them a bit and its a 5 star. Goodwill is supposed to help the poor. All items have been donated! Cmon!

Lately they think this is a designer store,they sell items that they get for free for more money than you could buy them at a store.for example they was selling expensive sunglasses I asked the lady that works there why are the sunglasses so expensive, she told me they were not donated that they are sold by a third-party she mention Google.?? Also the jewelry that they get the watches and some other items, theyre selling them on eBay.???

Not so super...no dvds, no music, very few nice glassware items, and employees could care less. Refused to give me a bag for the 2 books I did purchase. It needs NEW MGT AND NEW MOTIVATION!

I love Goodwill stores and this one in particular is well-run, organized, and a pleasant shopping experience. I may be biased bc its only a mile from my house, but I definitely think this is a well run store and Ive gotten a lot of good clothes here.

If you have the patience and time to check everything, you can find excellent stuff. Dont forget to check for the color of the week for half price. Tuesday is 15% off for 55 and older.

Great place to find a book. A lot of times better than the library.

I found some nice tops, but the staff wasnt real motivated to find me some more skirts in a color I needed. This was not a not an issue in TX when I shopped there. I will be sure not to shop here in the future. Staff is unmotivated.

Clean store. Sweet manager. Cashier spoke no English .. seriously???My car got damaged while shopping by another customer, who disappeared. Manager said store is not responsible.

Picked up some used tee shirts at a great price

Some hidden treasures if you look hard enough. Its in the kind of area where youd find a lady with a dog tie-dyed and glistening with glued on sparkles, which I did.

This is an okay Goodwill but I hate to go here. Not just this one, but any Goodwill. I dont understand why they dont price all of their stuff individually. Whats that about??? Most of the time you have no idea what the price is until you go to the cashier to get the surprise price of whatever they make up in that moment. Its such a poor business practice. I would give it two stars but I like the people who work there.

This location might be going through growing pains. Much more inventory than a year ago but the quality of 25% of shoes and clothing were not fit for resale. Stains, holes, tears throughout. Staff is friendly and attentive, as always.

Someone followed me around with a towel on a stick because my shoes were wet. I ended up being chased out, leaving and not buying anything.

HOT.. A/C BROKEN FOR 10 MONTHS over priced junk +++ goodwills not a non profit organization. Executives make 6 figures. New 100,000 cars live live Kings thats not a profit ? FACT Pay disabled workers less than minimum wage as low as 2.00 per hour. Judged on speed test. Thats why they hire the disabled to rob them .. they get the profit of taking advantage of disabled people.. their opinion no one else will hire them . Unless they rip them off too. Sorry sorry deal... General managers RIPPED off first opening day sales . Then Blamed the store manager fired her . Even though he was seen on video stuffing something in his pockets while carrying the days bank to the back. What !! Crazy . Nothing was done. The poor lady got blackballed for nothing. I Ive known her for Years from other stores. Shes a nice lady no way she was a theif.. Gm is, and all the other goodwill executives.. youll all burn in hell...

Very big, and a lot of useful stuff for an ok price

Its ok, not a lot of variety, although Im sure their selection turns over quite a bit. However, I went to the other store in Hallandale Beach since I was in the area, and found more variety, and a better selection.

This is one of the worst goodwill superstores I have been to. But, sometimes I find some worthwhile cloths.

Manager lazy and rude. Left register with us standing in line, then pointed to other lane with customers being checked out. Didnt even speak or apologize. Rude.

They had No carts so I was carrying my son. After picking up a couple jeans I walked to the register to pay and the cashier just walked off to the back. I ended walking out of the store. Very rude and unprofessional.

Bad, terrible service. Asked what is the difference between them that are called SUPERSTORE and a regular Goodwill one and the manager reply with loud voice and upset for my question ...where do you see we are a SUPERSTORE ? And I though, is right outside in the stores name..I just left.
