Very professional from the minute you walk in. The exam was done comfortable and completed to my satisfaction. The hearing aids prescribed are very comfortable and working just as explained. Will recommend to anyone with hearing issues.

I am so grateful for the service provided to me today at HearUSA.l found the Reception Staff polite and very helpful in giving the support that l need with cleaning my hearing aids and supply with batteries.The Audiologist was professional and sensitive towards the difficulty l was having with managing the hearing aids due to Arthritis of my fingers also my difficulties with communications with other Service providers and Automotive Telephone Systems.

Jordan is a very compassionate, caring, and focused audiologist and is hands down one of the best in her field!

If you have issues with hearing, then please do yourself a favor and go see Robin Siff at HearUSA at 3251 Hollywood Blvd Suite # 456. Robin is amazing! She cares for her patients and takes her time to make sure you are able to hear. Her attitude and professionalism is 1 in a million.

Beware of this place. I took my 68 years old mother there to get information and try some hearing aid systems, she was very excited to go there because she has been very depressed because of her hearing impairment. So we got there and this blond/gray hair “lady”, was on the phone having a nice conversation with possibly one of her friends because she was laughing all the time and seemed to be having a blast. I was there, planted like a tree in front of her waiting for a “just a second sir, please have a sit” that never came, instead she wrote on a note “I’M ON THE PHONE”. Wow, I was baffled, anyway I told my mother that she asked us to wait. 20 minutes later we were still waiting and being totally disregarded by any other employee that showed up quickly and left short after. I was patiently waiting talking to my mother when I hear ssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, ssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, when I looked at this “lady” she tells us “SHUT UP I’M ON THE PHONE, I CAN’T HEAR ANYTHING WITH YOU TALKING”.For God sake my mother is hearing-impaired I NEED to speak lauder. This woman works in a place where people with hearing disability need assistance and she treats them like that??? I call that elderly abuse.We got up and left, my mother felt so humiliated she cried. I will never, ever, get close to this store and I recommend everyone that need hearing aid look for a more professional place. I will contact hearx company and denounce this woman.
