I have been a patient of The Hearing Center of Broward/Simply hearing for over ten years. I first started with in the Ft. Lauderdale office and now with Dr. Vidal in Hollywood. Every time Ive been, Ive had a great experience. Everyone Ive interacted with, including office staff is very knowledgeable, competent, helpful, and kind. They have been able to see me on short notice and have always been willing and able to correct any problems Ive had. The employees truly want to make sure their customers are satisfied and go the extra mile to ensure it. I highly recommend this business!

I had a Very bad experience at the Sheridan location
