I have come to this store so many times. Ive purchased a wearable vibrator there last year which I threw away, because it stopped working. I love their products, but you definitely have to verify the quality before you purchase. The employees were always polite, so no idea what these other reviewers are talking about. I didnt barge in on them in their home, so you can be sure they didnt yell at me! Overall, love this store!!!

Terrible Manners!! Very suspicious activity!!! Prostitution! Used products! Poor lighting in the parking lot and no privacy policy, youre actually being recorded inside while you shop!! No privacy!! I was stopped and searched for just looking at a product that was already open! Then I was told that theyve been in business for 20years!! Dont look like theyve made $20,000! Massive violations! Roaches and mouse droppings everywhere! He got mad just because I said the product was already opened!

Was yelled at rudely to constantly go in booth and put money in a booth. They lost SO much money and business doing that. Theyd do so much better to allow people to wait until theyre ready to use a booth they have no idea the business they have lost.Never went back.

Ive been there a few times. The video booth area has always been practically empty or only had old trolls walking around. Also the staff constantly yell at you to feed the machines.

I went there and the person working there asked me in a very rude way to watch videos or leave. I will never come back.
