Awesome work and done quickly. I had a hexagon glass table top replaced. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and the cost was a LOT less than Henderson Glass had quoted. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Top notch service. I had to have a very old window replaced in the basement and a broken window pane replaced in another room. The service was super fast, high quality and the employee was really pleasant and the whole service much simpler than anticipated! Highly recommend!

I went here to have 4 steel windows reglazed and I would never do it again. I attached two photos, one with a clean 45 degree bevel of traditional glazing compound that I found from a Popular Mechanics article on how to reglaze a window. The other is the job that I received from this business. It was done with caulk and wasnt tooled to give clean consistent lines, it was done with a finger. Not even as it was described, by the employees description I thought Id get a nice 45 degree bevel (he showed it with a credit card). There are caulk liftoff bumps from where he uses his finger, inconsistent caulk lines from not even taping the top side. Theres additional work I have to do to even clean up the lines that he did tape. Also, since he used a finger and inconsistent pressure and amount of caulk, it is inconsistent between windows panes. If you do a Google search for what a reglazed window should look like, this isnt it. Maybe this company does good work on other stuff, but I wouldnt use them for reglazing a window.Worst yet, when I told him how unhappy I was with the job he said hed either knock $10 of the $75 quote or I could leave the windows here. I found this to be pretty terrible customer service. I offered him 50% and 66% of the quoted amount but he wouldnt even budge and said we dont negotiate pricing.Like I said, maybe their other work is good, clearly others have found that to be true. But, if you dont like the craftsmanship you are pretty much stuck with what you get.
