Owner of a used Audi 2013 A4 Quattro Premium.Im not from this area, know 0 about cars nor do I have any connections in this area. They take the time to listen, clearly explain the options, and document the work they perform. They provide all of this at very fair prices.

Shawn and Roland run a very professional business at Audi-Werks. I had trouble with the adjustment with my driver’s seat as it would not move back and forth. I thought it was the seat battery, but Roland was able to remove the seat and treat the track. It works good as new! Roland also replaced the battery and performed and oil change. The car is running very smoothly and is ready for the winter. Shawn is great with providing details as to what you’re car needs to be fixed. He is very nice and willing to help make a time work best for you. This business is awesome, definitely would recommend and bring my car back!

Hello World, I know perhaps none of you know me but, when I say that there is no better place to get your Audi worked on I mean no place honesty, integrity, knowledge, fair pricing and just a great guy who loves your car as if it was his own, look I went in for my normal oil change and get a 3 page report on the condition of my car with no pressure to do any repairs I was not ready to make, you will never see a bad review from this place if you own an Audi like I do you love this thing and it is like a member of your family this is the best car doctor in this area hands down!!! too bad all I can give is 5 stars because it deserves 10

Quick response to fix an oil leak. Quick in and out, labor time for service excellent. May be a bit higher per/hour labor charges, but speed, availability of appointment and text updates were all excellent.

It’s rare to find a mechanic that does quality work, fast, and cheap. Roland happens to be the few that are all 3. Time and time again he has come through for me and proven to be the most reliable mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

I contacted them after the car sat at another area shop for 2.5 weeks untouched. My trusty A4 finally had her first mechanical catastrophe in 170k miles, 5 hrs from my normal home. I suspected the timing belt let go, but obviously needed someone else to take it apart and confirm. Unfortunately not being from the area, I had neither the complete tools nor a large enough space to do the job myself. I should have brought it to them first! But anyway,on to the fun stuff.Firstly, communication. They were upfront from the get go about their workload, which allowed me the choice to bring it to them or look elsewhere. This communication continued through diagnosis, and progress, on to completion. At no point did I ever feel compelled to even call, because Shawn kept me fully in the loop via text.They gave me options as to how to solve the issue at hand. Options are important as a customer especially when this level repair is involved.When the car was done, I was unable to immediately pick it up due to the travel involved and my work schedule, and they were more than accommodating. When I arrived, it was out front, clean, ready to go. The team are professionals. They take their job seriously. They understand their clientele and work to satisfy them and do things correctly, vs cobbling things back together.Without question they’ve earned my future business.

Audi-Werks has filled a void for all Audi owners regarding quality service and maintenance outside of the dealership. Reliable, quality and fairly priced auto service has always been a concern for car owner. Audi-Werks has established themselves as that kind of business. It was a great relief to be able to get battery replacement, brake service and multipoint inspection including an oil change from this shop at a reasonable price. The work is top shelf - Roland knows his stuff - and their professional courtesy(Shawn) is without compare.
