We broke down in the area. Called AAA and they got us up and running. We called Meineke and they said they could get us in to replace our starter (2005, Honda Pilot, 240k miles) the next morning. We decided to get a hotel room and go for it. Our mechanic at home was 10 days out. We drove there to drop car and set it up. Guy, the service manager, said that one of his mechanics was just finishing a job. He could get the part and do it this afternoon. Game On!!!We were back on the road 2 hours later.They did awesome. Price was spot on. And we couldnt thank them enough. Meineke in Holyoke, Ma.. Guy and his crew hooked us up!Thank you.

My family uses Meineke Holyoke was told from another place my brakes front and back both needed to be done. When I brought it here they were honest and told me no its not as bad as I was told. Very reasonably priced good quality work. My whole family brings their vehicles here. Very pleasant to deal with highly recommended.

Needed to get an oil change done for my vehicle. The 2 dealerships near me was booked till end of Sept and mid October. Called Meinke and was able to get an appointment quick. They would not honor the coupon sent to me with their address listed on the mailer. It was for a 24.95 oil change, and they stated that the owner would not do one for less than 34.95. FALSE ADVERTISING!

I called to make an appointment and they put me into the schedule very quickly, made drop off quick and efficient, and had the car done within a couple of hours. They are professional and reliable, and their prices are very good. Trustworthy guys!

Guy has treated our family fairly and beyond what is expected. During some front end work on my truck, he noticed the brakes needed work and called my wife to tell her it would be less expensive if the work was done then because the truck was already taken apart. I was not available to approve of the work, however, Guy gave us the same price the following week when I could bring the truck back. Thank you Mieneke!

Im in the military and we have a fleet vehicles that needed break pads. I showed up there in uniform to this service done. They charged the Army 600.00 because they said they just dont do pads. They had to do rotors too. I wonder if they had charged a civilian that? They did that because the government credit card was going to cover the cost. Usually when you go to a brake place they tell you what your problem is and what it costs. They just went ahead and charged 600 and told me after that they just dont do brake pads, they have to replace rotors too. Thats BS. When have you ever just gone to a brake place to do brake pads and even though the rotors are good, they tell you they have to replace it any way. Thank you for your service Meineke. Great auto care. Poor covid regulation. No employees wear mask. Small plexiglass in lobby. Asked why employees don’t wear masks and were told “im not worried about it, there’s much scarier things coming”. Will not return due to negligence during pandemic.

Ive taken in my car several times. Theyre helpful, and inspire trust. They may be able to squeeze you in, but an appointment is often needed. Wifi works if you have to stay and wait for your car.

They got me in right away to put muffler on my car my only concern was i had a muffler put on a year and a half ago by meinkee and it needed replacement already not sure why it rotted out so quickly . I just hope i dont have to replace it in another year in a half . The guys were great there for taking care of my car .

Great service, always get an appointment within a couple days, cheaper than the dealership, honest about what needs to be done and doesnt try to sell me extra.

Very nice staff and got me in on short notice without long wait time. Unlike other shops they did a free exhaust inspection and took me out to the vehicle and showed me what was wrong along with what can repair it. I felt no pressure to buy anything and was given a quote for when I am ready to perform the work recommended.

Mike was a great help, squeezed in a last minute oil change and tire rotation for me and had it done within an hour!

Great but pricey because they force you to buy their parts

They charge you for the full oil change, tire rotation, etc but dont rotate the tire because my staff is too old and it bothers their backs

I Went in for screeching belts and a stuck hood and wasn’t told how much it would cost me to fix. After taking them 4 days to get the hood off the car they gave me a bill for a bunch of issues unrelated to the hood or the screeching. After driving my car for a week with the screeching still present I went back because they clearly didn’t replace any of the belts that they said would stop the noise. Left my car with them again and finally they fixed it. Two months later and the screeching is back leading me to believe they did a half-baked job. Belts don’t wear out or misalign that quickly! Friendly people but I’ll definitely be taking my car elsewhere next time.

We go there often for oil changes. Website says a 22 point inspection is done with an oil change. The car overheated 2 days later. Luckily we didnt do any damage. Obviously there was no 22 point inspection done. The coolant reservoir was bone dry and radiator was almost dry. When I stopped in today to ask about it, I was told nothing was noted in computer by mechanic. Obviously....because nobody checked anything. The guy said well you must have a slow leak. I told him hes missing the point. If you advertise a 22 point inspection, then do it. No apology.

Are used to be able to trust Meineke but the past two years they’ve been totally screwing me I will never go to Meinicke ever again and I highly recommend that you don’t go there either
