I went there for a sticker on my car, they were very friendly, and the fastest place I ever got a sticker from, I would highly recommend this place for any work you might have to get done on your car !

I get my car inspectioned here every year. Good place and quick.

It took them 22 days to replace two calipers and apparently every inch of brake line. $1359DON’T bring your vehicle here. Run the other way!Even road tested with all 4 tires severely under inflated because $1400 can’t even get you some air.

They could be more communicative, but Ill forgive them for that

What can I say... I became a customer 8 years ago and Im not leaving! I got a job offer out of state. I weighed the options. There is no other place that can do what DE Bourques (Lise and David) can do. Personal service is a lost art in our country. If you want to see it and feel it before its all gone, stop in!

Over the last 10 years, I have brought many different cars in to D E Bourque and Sons, from a 12 year old Dodge to a modern Prius. They have never ever let me down! What a gift it is to have an auto mechanic you can trust! Dave and Chris are great, and Lise is always a pleasure to deal with at the front desk or on the phone.They are competent, trustworthy, respectful, and very reasonable. I have recommended them to many of my friends. Heres just one reason why:I recently took my Toyota Camry to Balise Toyota in West Springfield for covered service (a mistake I will not do again) and their tech actually caused a problem by failing to plug back an electrical control on my drivers door. I mentioned this to Lise when I took the Camry in for an oil change. They popped the door panel off, and yes, it was just a plug the dealerships tech forgot to reattach. But when I went to pay, I was only charged for the oil change. When I insisted I pay something more for their time if nothing else, Dave just said it was nothing and smiled. What more can I say?

First impressions are everlasting trust me the receptionist was that. my kids where awestruck by the pure rudeness to the incoming customer myself. If it wasn’t for the convience of location I would have gone elsewhere today and will do so next time sorry mr bourque this is way way overdue
