Got my bus fixed here and they were nice . I do feel a bit like a chump for paying $150 an hour and two hours for the installation of a $26 part. Still learning about auto mechanics. I will say it was a much better experience than I had at Ford of Northampton.

Extremely slow repair time. They tell you a couple if days then it turns into a couple of weeks

Paid almost $400 for oil change and fuel filter! Ridiculous price - changing myself next time. Also warranty completely sucks. Doesnt cover anything. Door handle cracked with no physical damage, not covered. Paint chipped off bc a factory part keeps rubbing on the paint, not covered. Mercedes would have covered it all!

Very expensive - not satisfied - called back because things were not working when I picked up my RV that were working when I dropped it off. They took no responsibility and told me to go elsewhere. Paid over 300 for oil change and headlight adjust. I will not be returning.
