I wouldnt let these place touch me with a 10 ft pole. They are unprofessional and have no clue what they are doing when it comes to ear piercings. My ear ended up getting infected a week after being pierced. To make matters worse they sold me short post earrings instead of long post. When I called them they suggested that I could take the earrings out and let it heal, come back with the earrings so they could exchange the earrings and re-pierce my earrings. I would have to laugh about that one because there was no way I was giving them any further money and letting them ever touch my ears. Just stay away from places like these, you will save yourself some time and stress. Find you a reputable tattoo and piercing shop who does piercings, it will be much better because they actually know what they are dong.

This location is unprofessional and the workers are no help . I called an hour before closing to get my daughter’s ears pierced and the worker didn’t want to do it . She said she was going to start closing early . If the hours state a certain time, then the workers should be working until that time . Ridiculous.

On Sunday August 29th I brought my 6 year old granddaughter to have her ears pierced. She picked out her earrings, each earring had been sealed and then was opened with gloved hands. The 2 young ladies working that afternoon explained to the child what she should expect to feel and then simultaneously pierced her ears. It was over before she knew it. No ouch, no tears - just a big smile. They explain to her about the importance of cleaning her ears with the special fluid 2x a day and turning the earrings. The entire experience from start to finish was positive. This is 2 weeks later and all is good.

I tried to get a chain before I had to be at work. I waited until 10 because thats when they open and watched the woman set up the display but at 10 she was not done so I proceeded to look and found one right away that I wanted to buy. But she did not really acknowledge me and its 10:15. I just wanted to buy it and go but she was too focused on setting the display and didnt have the customer first attitude. I was extremely patient and couldnt wait any longer so I left. I refuse to make a special trip back out and will order from Amazon thank you. Not happy with the experience. This was the one next to hobby lobby.

Terrible! DO NOT GO HERE! I went here for my second piercing in my lobe (opposite of my first on my left) and it was un even and they used a piercing gun. Do not reccomend

I got my ears Pierced here and they were so uneven and I waited for like 30 minuets to get them pierced whale the lady just bullshiting on her phone
