I have to say that the sales Rep Gregory Gomez, was so helpful and patient. He met my expectations and more! Everyone should smile more like him he brightens up the room. Good vibes always! My favorite.

They were excepttional!!!What a diference compared to the other t mobile store downstairs. It was nice to feel that I mattered and it was important to try to take care of my needs where in the other T-Mobile store in the mall on the lower level I have always been made to feel as though I was there for them and their needs more than my own. This my regular T-mobile store, lovely staff and answered my question, I bought some accessories from here for my apple watch
The associates are sent out like the salesman at a car dealership, bait and switch, my experience may be a single incident but there is a reason I left them in the first place, I hope that they are more upfront going forward but it was out of the hands of associate. I will try Verizon instead or stay with current provider

Be prepared to pay 50% more than what they tell you your monthly plan will be. I’m addition I was told I qualified for $600 in “free” accessories only to be charged monthly installment payment on the accessories. I don’t know how these people get away with it! I suspect the 5 star ratings they got are from friends and family. My experience with this store and their service has been horrible. I have reported sprint to the FTC and will be contacting class action attorneys regarding this since it appears to be a common problem based on my research
I went to this store to buy a new phone. When I got home my brother set it all up for me. But I was trying to go on my accounts for facebook and the games I played they would not let me in facebook account and they would not let me play the games either. But my brother girlfriend helped me out to get my accounts back and now I am happy as day. But anyways the sprint store was great the guy was nice and helped me out to pick a phone. The store was very clean, and the accessories were stacked nicely on the shelves. The phones were on display neatly on the racks.
If you happen to go to Sprint at the Holyoke Mall near what the gentleman Andrew a very plate knows what hes talking about and Im a different carrier but Im thinking about switching over to Sprint the coverage is a lot better
Do not get sprint if you live in Holyoke. It might work elsewhere but in Holyoke you can’t even stream music while driving. Also double check your bill before your firs month is done cuz they’ll rob you at this store and if you are past the first month you’re stuck for 2 years. Also beware of fake 5 star reviews I’ve spotted 2 from their employees and reported them to google but they’re still up.

Absolutely stay away from this store. The sales people are outright deceitful. I got a 7 line plan with sprint. The incompetent people in the store told me my plan would be approx. $300 per month. My first bill was $590. They also told me I could get $600 in free accessories. They are now billing me for the accessories each month. I have filed complaints with the FTC, the MA State Attorneys office and will be looking into a class action lawsuit against this company!
The staff there is excellent. they always take the time to explain everything to me even if im not buying.

PLEASE READ THIS EVERYONE: Im stuck with Sprint now. I had to choose one of the evils. Sadly I chose Sprint. Im sure all the other companies arent any better, but heres my experience: I added a new line to my existing line. I paid near $200 for all the fees and taxes and stuff. I was specifically told my bill was going to be a specific amount, which is exactly $97 more per month. AND a week later, they shut my new line off due to a past due. This past due was a deposit fee the Sprint employee was supposed to include of $150 before I left the store, which she never even told me about! Which if wasnt paid basically immediately, was going to have late fees added to it. (And the 2nd line shut off until then. Which was important for my son to have since he was going to be away.) When I asked, so basically this is a big middle finger pointed at me, the service phone lady responded, Yep. Sorry. Thanks for the apology. (Sarcasm.) (Oh and, Sprint, if you dont believe me, since all calls are recorded for quality assurance, please review that call.) So my first bill was for $344, and that was for not having a second line the entire month. Oh AND I was supposed to have unlimited data. 5 days after that first thing, I got a text stating I was almost over my 3gb limit! So I had to go to the store AGAIN. AND there was nothing they could do for the rest of the month unless, (and I quote another employee) you want to paid for the whole month again. Once again, thanks for the help. Im stuck with Sprint because if I want out, Im going to have to pay SOOOO much money for the phones and cancellation fee. So yay. Thanks Sprint for THE WORST customer service ever. EVERYONE: Please dont choose Sprint. Go else where and good luck.

Do not go here. Got an upgrade and changed phone plans, they said my bill would increase only about 15-20 dollars. Got my bill and there was a NINETY dollar increase. Totally incompetent and unprofessional.

1 star only because you need one to comment. Worst company and the worst coverage for service. No matter what Sprint store you walk into they are always unknowledgeable employees. Employees playing their music in store, because as bad as Sprint is I’m sure they wouldn’t play ghetto music. The only plus the employees have is their by lingo.
The guy named Jordan there, lied to us saying that our bill will go down in price. Ended up making it go up and adding extra items to our bill. Ended up switching to T-Mobile because of this location and what he did
