Unique shop. A wide variety of items to include collectibles, clothing, and anime items. Store was clean and staff were friendly and courteous. Will visit again next time I go to the mall.

I just did some early Christmas shopping at the BoxLunch location in Holyoke, Mass. The staff was friendly & helpful, selection of merchandise was great and I was overall very happy with my purchases. I will return again when I want a unique gift to give or something for myself.
