Kays was great as always. The manager was awesome. She attended me and with such high professionalism. I only go to this store because of them(employees). Its the holidays and with such traffic their work should be recognized. Thank you ill be seeing you again next month.

Brought a ring to be resized. They said it’ll be ready in two weeks. Two weeks later, I called and they said “it is on the way back but they have not received it yet. It could be another day or two.” Today, three weeks later, I called again and they said “it is on the way back but they have not received it yet. It could be another day or two”. Be very cautious with their false time estimates if you have a busy schedule or travel a lot like I do.

When you purchase a wedding ring and exchange it with vows, it’s supposed to mean something of value. Well my ring has broken 3 times since I bought it less than 2 years ago. I purchased my ring in March 2017 where it sat in a box until my wedding in Sept. Less than 4 months after my wedding (Jan 8, 2018), it broke. The store manger advised me to have it repaired (which took a month). Few months later (Oct. 26,2018), it broke again in the same place. Kay told me they would like to thicken the shank and ensured me this would fix it. Well, surprise, surprise, it broke A MONTH AFTER GETTING IT BACK! Here’s the kicker... I can only exchange it for another ring from Kay.... which is the last thing I want to do. Please, save yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I bought my engagement ring from Hannoush Jewelers in 2015 and it still shines. Safe to say I will be buying my new wedding ring from them.

Arrived at kays and all the associates were currently with customer. that was fine it was busy. three people acknowledged my fiancé and i standing waiting to be helped. three other couples who had walked in AFTER us were taken first. i was there to pick up a ring i had resized which takes all of five minutes while the other couples were there to look at rings to purchase. i stood there and waited for 30 minutes at 7 months pregnant not offered help from anyone, a sales associate called my fiancé and i “kids” which was sort of irritating as we are 24&26 clearly adults. the thing that was most irritating was having couples helped right away that had just walked right in rather than us who had been waiting all that time.

Really unhappy with the customer service received on 2/24/19. My fiancé and I were both looking for wedding rings and he was trying some on for size. He wears a ring on his right hand and wanted to compare how it felt. As he was putting it on the salesman told him “you wear it on the left hand” I have no idea why you would insult someone’s intelligence by saying that but he certainly did it. I was then trying on a wedding band and put it on in front of my promise ring and he then told me that it goes on the other side. I’m not sure why he thought I was this uninformed as to how a wedding set is worn but he certainly could have done betting by keeping his mouth shut. We will definitely not be buying from this store.

Ordered a ring befor thanksgiving was supposed to receive it on the 8th of December it was onlySent out to be resized I’ve been calling almost everyday since the 8th and all I’ve been told is the it’s coming tomorrow or they shipped it and it’s coming I’ve talked to all the managers in the store and they have all told me the same thing they also never pick up the phone it takes me 7 calls to even get an answer I will NEVER get a ring from this place again if I could give them zero stars I would

Let me start off by saying Jennifer the store manager is extremely helpful. Long story short I called and spoke to one of the sales ladies and asked her a few questions about a $6000 chain I was looking to purchase. She did not have the answers and when I mentioned about going to another jewelry store her attitude immediately changed and she became rude. I asked her to take that item off my wish list she said no you can do it yourself and hung up in my face . After buying our wedding bands there I will NEVER go back .
