Went in just to get a ring inspection done. Anthony was quick and professional. Havent tried buying anything at this location but if your seriously looking for a piece from Zales just head up to NH and get it tax free. Otherwise this location seemed just fine.

Had an itch to buy a watch (finishing a 10-watch box), and stopped in. 3 attendants in the store I believe, 1 was busy. None offered any help or even an acknowledgement while I walked around the store and surveyed the watches. Was in the store 5-10 mins, long enough for a well be with you shortly. Its cool, theres more than one place to buy a watch.

I wish google one zero star. They don’t even deserve a 1 Star. Very rude customer service. Won’t never go back. Trying to return a ring. my marriage didn’t work. Wedding was canceled. They said they couldn’t return back of. More then 60 days. Guys please don’t shop here. Go somewhere else. You lost a customer.
