I love this place.Its been so long since Ive been here, but I finally did and loved every browsing moment and the perfect finds.They have such a huge assortment of stuff, with so many things that have great prices, that theres just got to be something for everyone.

The Christmas Tree Shop is a store that Carries stuff for home decor, stuff for the kitchen, some food stuff. It also has seasonal decor for various special day during the year. There is something for everyone. If you need k-cups, they have them!!! Good price for the bulk boxes!!! Check this place out if you havent already!!!

The store is awesome. Very variety in the product since the kitchen, yard and bedroom. A multiple section. The price is variety for the difference product. For decorating our activities is very supplied. Im recomended

Honestly, ive always enjoyed this place but one purchase upset me, bought a Clevermade beach umbrella im assuming either broken right off the factory line or previously purchased, broken by owner, Returned uninspected by staff, then placed back into inventory! got lucky enough to not use it, until randomly wanting to pop er open because the second I pulled it out of the bag i knew something was wrong, hold down strings were tangled around a broken arm, took me, a Scout, 10 mins to UNfck those, the break was right at the pivot point and rusted. product defect? no hope in looking for the receipt just gonna have to go back in good faith that I can exchange this and ill be amending my review when I do, stay tuned!update:7.21.21 Returned to Shoppe waited in line for a bit but was ultimately pleased with Trevor as well as MOD Ricardo they were both polite professional and helpful, and Had a Functional beach umbrella in the back room i had exchanged and happy with, so thank you gentlemen, and viewers

Great prices but messy all the time. We went on a morning and it was still very unorganized. I would love if they spend more time on that. But I would recommend it for a quick shopping visits.

Great store. I could visit this place everyday. Very clean and nice associates. They had everything that was supposed to be on the shelves. No complaint. Just wish once a while they had some sales on there products they sold

A skinny kid with a Red Vest with a hickey on his neck harassed me while I was shopping for candles… terrible service never coming back.

They have so much at great prices

Everything was great, shopping, covid guidelines being followed, cleanliness, just so pleasant until we got in line. While they did have stickers stand here they did not think of the carts and the kids who may be in them. Also, the customers were not following mask rules but the employees were quick to correct it. The table is beautiful for $269.

It was a little crowed and the line was uper long. When they open more register the line was moving smoothly.

Not many people in there when I went. Fully stocked. Affordable prices. Enough parking. Requires mask, hand sanitizer available at entrance. Clean. Unique items.

There kitchen furniture is solid wood.Which is an awsome thing! The table and4 chairs is all in 1 box. Needs assembly.Heavy box. 2 people to unload your newkitchen set would be a huge help.

I love Christmas Tree Shops BUT the rest room at this store was HORRIBLE. It was one of the most dirtiest that I have ever seen. The walls and floors were disgusting.Feces on the walls. Grime on the door handle. Sinks and toilets not clean. Do a major renovation in this store in the rest rooms.Does your home look like this too? Management has not shown respect to your clients for not addressing this issue. There were very few staff on the floor to speak to.

They have something for everyone and the prices are reasonable. So much fun walking around looking at everything.

The store doesnt seem as fun as it used to be, prices have gone up, quality down, and shelves are stocked with more products that belong in the Dollar Store than here. I know, The Christmas Tree Shops are like a bigger, better Dollar Store, with furniture tossed in, but they used to carry crafts, more toys, among other interesting finds too. Not anymore. I was excited to see what I could dig up and bring home, my husband was nervous about leaving me unsupervised here, but I left without spending anything!! Its still has potential, but Im just bummed.

I love Christmas tree shops. The employees here are very friendly and helpful. I will however say that as of late there hasnt been as much variety. Atleast not as much as the CTS over in Connecticut. I would still recommend this CTS!

Found some great stuff for my home.

We found everything we needed for making up our own Christmas baskets. It was awesome finding everything and avoiding the holiday shoppers. The store was well stocked and clean. Great job!

Good place to find an assortment of items. Can get busy during the holidays. Can find something for everyone here. Tough to find parking since its near a main entrance. Worth checking out if you need something on your shopping list but arent picky.

It is like Dollar General but WAY BETTER. So much higher quality products for a great price. From candles and knick knacks to toiletries and bedspreads. If you are looking to decorate any room in your house, Christmas Tree Shop has all you could need. More than worth a visit. I promise you wont leave empty handed.

I always enjoy coming here they have wonderful prices and the atmosphere is just wonderful. The cashier who attended me was very sweet. I will be coming back to this store next week for other things Ive missed.

I Love the Christmas Tree Shops. The first one I went to was on the MA. Cape while going on a vacation over 40 years ago, and I was hooked the moment I walked in the door. Their stories remind me of going to an old fashioned general store. They have a little of everything, but its always high quality products for extremely low prices. I especially love the way they treat all of the different holidays by turning the whole front of the store into that holidays very own gift shop. So, for over forty years now they have been one of my favorite stores to just walk the aisles and just browse. Somehow, I can never manage to get out of their stores without having a full carriage!

This has always been a great place to browse and the selection of decor and housewares was unique. Unfortunately, with online and other retailers now carrying similar or identical items, this chain has fallen out of favor with me. I know longer find the prices competitive and many things are far from bargain priced. My advice would be that you carefully examine the goods and be aware of pricing. The same things could be available elsewhere for less!

Friendly & helpful employees. Had most of what I was looking for. Id give it 4 stars, but they need to have a riding cart for handicapped people. I have a bad back and Spina Bifida, and walk with a walker. By the time I left, I was in so much pain, I could barely walk. Y

I just love the products they have. I always find nice things to decorate my home inside and out, and the prices are so reasonable.

Sad to say that it seems like the Holyoke Mall is slowly dying. What once was a bright spot in Holyoke and all of Western Massachusetts, is suffering a slow death. Its not unique to Holyoke. Mortar and brick stores all over the US are experiencing the same faith. I hope that there is some sort of rebound, but it is highly unlikely and equally disappointing.

Fairly large Christmas tree shop... Lots of fun stuff to check out. Store is usually clean and staff members ate always helpful.. Makes up for the long lines!

I love this store! I dont shop there as often as I should, and every time I go there I wonder why I ever buy the things they sell anywhere else. Their prices are so good, on everything from food to furniture. Dont let the name fool you. Ive been in there dozens of times and Ive yet to see a single Christmas tree.

Ive been going to the Christmas Tree Shops for about 15 years now. The staff there is helpful. I love everything they have. You never know what youre going to find.

This place is fabulous. They have a variety of items.

I always end up buying more than I need when I come in here.......and thats never a bad thing. It can get kinda crazy during the holiday season, but other than that, its a great store.

No one beats their prices. Also has so many unique items (not related to Christmas). I bought polish pottery at a fraction of the price other stores sale it at.

They have so much to look at. You find things you never knew you needed... and the prices are affordable. Once around the store to see what catches my eye and then a 2nd trip to make sure I didnt miss anything.

This will always be one of my favorite stores since I was a kid. Always fun to take a walk through and find cool new decor or different kinds of snacks

Great place, you can spend one hour or more going through this store... mainly towards home, kitchen, bathroom needs, good service, great location, easy parking, located at the edge of the mall, enjoy it, you wont be disappointed.

Probably bought the most stuff for lease amount in this store. People were friendly. I had a gigantic sneeze and like 20 people said God Bless you at once. It was quite funny and set the mood for nice experience.

I Love Xmas Tree Shops Im so Happy that the day I got there I happened to get to the Clearance Isle and found the Most Beautiful curtains at so affordable cheap Prices that I could not let it go by and I did not even went there for that item but ended buying three of the ones that were there Im so great full because I am giving my father a pair that he really needs I also got a furniture piece for such a low price it was ready to go and I didnt have to go thru the trouble of putting it together my self it is like a umbrella holder and it looks like a very expensive piece of furniture were I put it on my entrance ohh my Goodness I didnt go for that either.

Nice to be able to get holiday decorations and gifts. They need to work on making the store a little easier to walk through with a cart. Its like a very busy messy one way street trying to navigate the store. Its almost impossible to shop there if youre in a wheelchair which I find very sad. The product doesnt seem to be as good as it used to either. Like they are buying inventory from the cheapest vendors they can and it shows. Products look very cheaply made and dont last long.

Love this store. Wish the bathrooms smelled better though. The store is always somehow super organized and clean even though there are so many small items and clearence items about. Lots of options and amazing prices for everything!! Head to unos after for a bite. Dont waste too much time in any other part of the mall because this store has it all. The staff here are always very patience, knowledgeable, and kind especially when it comes to all the coupons at the end.

A lot to buy and not cost a lot

Great store great prices however I will not be shopping at the holyoke one anymore. My husband and I were shamed by two cashiers because we were trying to buy a summer clearance item, it didnt ring up as clearance so the cashier got annoyed that he may of had to go check, we decided we didnt want it, and they both made fun.of us in front of a line of people saying how the price wasnt low enough already? Laughing really loud. And making jokes. It was humiliating.

We love to shop here They have soon neat things here. I like to shop here around the Christmas holiday. The prices arent bad either. We came here often and will be back.

Big store, many things. Some items I havent seen in the stores in the southern States. Great prices as well. Visit you wont regret it.

A dangerous store. You walk in thinking, oh I just need, a set of sheets, or some chocolate chips, oh some candles, maybe some tea or coffee. Look at the wine glases, picture frames, snacks, kitchen stuff. Wow, the prices are so low, take 2. You walk in thinking you will spend $10, you walk out spending $70. And you want it all. Love this store.
