I used to love this place growing up. Unfortunately, it has changed ownership multiple times and it is no longer what it used to be. Regardless, it still has some items that are hard to get at other supermarkets and it is local to those who cant drive to West Springfields Shop Rite.

Its a very good place specifically for international food products

Since living in Holyoke for the past ten years, my partner and I are their on a regular basis. We always have magnificent customer sernic. There are however many times that product on shelves is often past expiration. Besides that all the staff are great and always extremely accommodating!

The glasses butcher seems to have had a bad day and took her with a client and gave him things reluctantly. The client had his patience and did not report it. If it were to me, it would be another story. They should tell the staff That they are ported and if they have complaints with the owner or a co-worker to discuss it but do not take it with the clients. The rest is fine. That is why I give three stars.
