Communication is key to me, so I appreciated that the staff communicated well with by keeping in touch with me. Very friendly whenever I called with a question. When I got my car back, Poncho told me to bring it back if I noticed anything regarding his repairs/work wasnt right. Alignment was a bit off, so he took the car back and paid for a rental being that the repair took longer than expected.

I just picked up my 2002 VW Cabrio. I dropped it off for a little body work, complete paint job, comete interior and convertible.top replacement. Needless to say, they did an amazing job. The car looks like it just got out of a new car dealership. The friendly staff accommodated all my needs and then some. They did everything I asked for and a few extra things. They buffed out the lights, replaced my turn signals and replaced a sensor that was causing a light in my dash to turn in. Doesnt sound like much but these were not asked for and were not charged for. Great customer service. I highly recommend this body shop. Nice job guys.
